Jessica was professional and totally on it as things went down to the deadline. I had some «hurdles» that came up right before closing and she was able to work through them and get the loan done.
I chose her from her great Unilocal reviews and now am writing to give her my full recommendation.

I called her office about how my history may influence my current mortgage eligibility. I asked a very specific question after explaining my past for a few minutes and she delivered! I am not a client of Jessica’s and explained that I was only looking for some clarification. She had no obligation to speak with me, but gladly did! Jessica was very helpful in answering my question. And I’m thankful that she gave me a few minutes of her time!

Jessica is a fantastic to work with. As a realtor, I’ve worked with many different lenders before and Jessica is organized, timely, creative and FUN to work with. I highly recommend whether you’re a first time home buyer, on your 20^th investment property and everything in between.

Jessica Fritts is a wonderful and innovative mortgage broker. She was more than willing to work with our unique financial situation which included self-​employment. She also answered all of our questions (and as first time homebuyers we had lots).

I found Jessica on Unilocal and am so glad that I did! I have been knocking around the idea of buying a house but had no idea what that entailed and if its even feasible for me. Jessica didn’t rush me and was patient with all my questions. She even helped me put a plan in place so now I know how much I need to save and what I can expect for costs and a future mortgage payment! I may not be ready to buy today but when I am Jessica will certainly be my lender! I have already recommended her to all of my friends thinking of buying a home!

I went into the re-​fi process thinking that I was going to need to spend a bunch of money in hopes of the savings on the back end. One thing that I really appreciated about Jess was that she was honest from the get go. After carefully looking over all of my info we decided it actually wasn’t a good idea to change what I have. The savings wouldn’t be worth the hassle. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to have a caring and thoughtful approach to mortgage brokering.

Jessica was my mortgage broker for a recently completed house purchase, and she was absolutely great! Previously I’d been using USAA, which… well, they have a lot of great services, but apparently mortgages aren’t their strong suit. Jessica was a million times better from day one. She’s very responsive, she’s knowledgeable, she works with odd situations (I somehow have great credit, but a bad debt: income ratio), and she is — as others have already pointed out — a genuine person. I feel like if all finance professionals were like her, we’d live in a much better world.

I couldn’t possibly say enough great things about Jessica. She was truly a blessing during my home buying experience and rescued me from the pitfalls of my realtor. I was new to the area and picked her based on the reviews alone. She helped me feel right at home and incredibly comfortable during the whole process in this new city. In terms of knowledge and capability, Jessica Fritts is fantastic! She is also very punctual with response times and keeping you in the loop. Jessica is able to simplify mortgage lingo and explain all options in great detail.
She is a hard worker who is dedicated to helping her clients. She also makes a great effort to promote other local businesses which I think says A LOT about her character :-)

My husband and I talked with multiple mortgage brokers over the past two years about refinancing our home. We purchased at the peak of the market and didn’t have a lot of options, like many other people out there, but needed to lower our interest rate.
Jessica took A LOT of time to really explain our different options, as we thought through whether it was worth it for us or not. She was always very upfront and honest, which, we have found is sometimes hard to find in this industry. She was very accurate with her estimates, NO surprises at any point in the process, and we closed EARLIER than expected.
She is efficient, responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and is always very friendly and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend Jessica to any of my friends or family!
