Interstate Special Events

We have been using Interstate Special Events at the Portland Polish Festival for the past 15+ years and they have always been absolutely AWESOME! Our festival is run entirely by volunteers and ISE has made it easy for us. Our needs have changed over the years as we grew the festival from 500 people for an afternoon dinner to 20,000 people for the weekend. This last summer my daughter’s wedding reception was in our backyard and ISE took care of the tent, tables, chairs, everything. And their professionalism allowed us amateurs to put on a first class wedding. My ISE rep is Becky W. and she really knows her business and is great at anticipating and avoiding problems. Set up was done as we requested and everything looked great. Their prices are similar to other event rental companies in the area. I was thankful that they delivered and picked up so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The only downside was that I was charged for missing items because I was unable to receive their voicemail while on my honeymoon. I wish they would have given me more time since many brides leave immediately for honeymoons.

Oh my gosh, Interstate Events was AMAZING for a fundraiser of 200 people. They furnished all the chairs, tables, linens, dishes, silverware, cocktail tables. The owners are super nice, (family owned business) yay! Every single last detail was covered, they thought of many things I didn’t and were so easy to work with. They were on time, very helpful and nice, and managed everything with professionalism. People commented on how nice the space looked with the gorgeous table clothes over the auction tables and beautiful napkins and dinner settings. You could absolutely trust them with a wedding or major event.

Interstate was great. The did our rehearsal dinner and wedding rentals. Friendly, professional, great quality products. Hope they don’t count the napkins :/

We worked with Interstate Special Events for our 110 person wedding last month and it was great. They were a big help figuring out what we needed leading up to the event and when it was go-​time everything was on time and as advertised. Overall a smooth experience, thanks guys!

I rented white plastic tables and you never know what condition they’ll be in when you pick them up but they were in great shape and very clean! This was an easy rental and return. Such pleasant people to work with.
