OMG!!! Their chicken is to die for! I love that for $ 20 bucks I can get a whole chicken with rice, beans, salsas and tortillas. My family of four can eat until we’re full and still have leftovers.
I highly recommend this food cart!

Oh this place is legit! Real legit. About as authentic as some of the street food I’ve eaten in Mexico. «Pollo al carbon», aka barbecue chicken is the staple here. These guys charcoal cook it up on a giant grill right on the side of Highway 30B, or as most Portlanders know it – Columbia Boulevard. Bring a few friends and share an entire chicken with beans, rice, salsa and some warm supple tortillas for about $ 20. Chase it all down with a bottle of Mexican Coca-​Cola and chum it up with the long-​haul truckers and local industry workers that make this food truck a daily almuerzo hangout. They also have a great Carne Asada Fajita plate worth checking out. They’ve recently added covered seating and accept credit cards, so all the bases are covered.

The price is right and the food is good. I’m sure there are other people that would like their food more than I did. I had the 2 piece combo that came with 5 corn tortillas. I felt like that was more tortillas than I’ve received with combo meals at other places. The service was also satisfactory for a food truck.
They accept cash & card, have ample parking, and an enclosed seating area.
