Carrie and her team were so professional and so helpful from start to finish — they guided me through the daunting process of buying in this very hectic market and they were endlessly cheerful, helpful and very well-​informed. They always immediately responded to e-​mails and phone calls with thorough and precise answers, and they were really tireless in showing me listings until I found the right one. Their agents know the local neighborhoods as well as what to look for (or what to avoid) in a house. It was a real pleasure working with them.

I’ve used Home Team Realty twice now, both buying and selling, and this Unilocal review is not the first time I’ve recommended them. I can’t speak highly enough about them, but I’ll try:
— Communication. Is there anything more important than this during the home buying or selling process? Things are constantly going on behind the scenes, and the homeowner or buyer is typically clueless. Not with these guys. Their responsiveness is superb. Whenever I had a question, somebody would usually reply within an hour. And throughout the process (both times) they were incredibly proactive keeping me in the loop.
— Professional. No matter how quirky of a question I had, and regardless of the situation, they embodied professionalism and respect.
— The whole team is also just a joy to work with on a personal level. It’s important to like your realtor team. We like ours a lot.
— Experience. With backgrounds ranging from the mortgage industry to law, I have been impressed during both transactions with the level of knowledge they had over some pretty nuanced circumstances.
Wonderful experiences both times. Kind of makes you bummed once the deal closes and you don’t have an excuse to work together any more…

— They really do work as a team. It’s not an empty platitude often thrown around by other agencies. The frequent handoffs between them were seamless. We never felt we were starting over with another team player. We worked mostly with Kenny and Jessica but also with the Carrie. Mellisa, and Michele. The teamwork also allows them to have sane family lives too. If I ever want to be a Realtor, I’ll be begging them to let me join them.
— They fully understood our needs and stayed in synch with us – even though I am (not my sensible wife) a little scattered getting excited about the latest shiny opportunity.
— We were also very pleased with their research and knowledge of the market and the different areas of Portland.
