I agree with what others’ have said regarding squeezing out the last bit of $$ from insurance on an annual basis regardless if work is needed or not! I have been a patient for over 10 years using both Moore and Kaip. The service has been on the decline significantly over the years. They can’t seem to hold dental assistances, each time, someone new. I was accused of missing cleaning appointment although there was no appointment, how rude is that.
Although they seem very friendly, once insurance runs out or they are out of network (as they are for most plans) and the perception is you may move along, the cheek is turned. They are very superficial… one can liken this office to restaurant service in Portland whereas; you are made to feel as if it is a privilege to be there.
Bottom line, their prices are above the norm, their service is circling the drain and they are out of network for most carriers. What’s the point… so many good dentists in town that value your patronage. You will be better served in many ways to seek out another practice!

Top-​flight customer service. Great magazines in the lobby. Quality, professional work. Both the hygenists and the dentists really listen to my concerns or questions and make sure I have the answers I need to make decisions. The front desk makes payment a breeze and they validate parking. Great location for those working in south downtown.
