Have you ever tried to find a rental house… in Portland?
That’s when you need someone like Eric Lozano at Hanover and Townsend, especially these days when rental housing is difficult, to say the least!
Eric is low key and cool to work with.
After we got our new rental, there was an issue with the electrical system. An electrician was there fast, turned out to be a problem with the power company, outside our new house. Eric got the power company to appear with their giant truck, problem ended!
When we were setting up our paperwork and all the details, everything was easy and without drama, even with much of it done while we were back on the East Coast.
Being broadcasting people who move more than most, Hanover and Townsend is a good place to find a home!
