I lived in a Wampler building (3652 SE Stark, across from Laurelhurst park) for over four years. Long story short, the best landlords I have EVER had… hands down. Don’t be scared to rent from them… HIGHLY recommended, if you can get one of their places.

I was in a Wampler-​owned building for a year (2934 SE Alder) — they were kind, professional, and prompt in every interaction. Highly recommend this landlord.

Wampler Enterprises is a small, family-​owned company that runs several vintage buildings in the Southeast/​Belmont area of Portland. I live at one of their properties right across from Laurelhurst Park.
I feel extremely lucky to rent from them.
When I accidentally locked myself out of the building, they responded to my call within 15 minutes and came by right away to rescue me.
Recently, my partner decided to move to Portland and we are going to move in together. Its sad to leave my beautiful apartment here… I told my landlord about the difficult market for a two-​bedroom place in the SE and she agreed to write a letter of recommendation for me! I felt so on top of things when I went to visit potential places to rent and I could give them a very well-​written letter of recommendation!
Wampler Enterprises is above and beyond the best rental management business I have rented from!
