When I first met Christa, I thought to myself ‘now this is an amazing woman! I really like her!’. It is unusual for me to meet someone I feel so instantly connected to and safe with. I feel like I could talk to her about anything! I scheduled a series of coaching sessions with Christa and have had several so far and I am amazed again and again by her incredible listening skills (she hears between the lines too!), her gentle strength, and her ability to assist me in digging deeper into myself to uncover my own innate wisdom so I can pull some pearls of truth and intention for myself and my path. Christa has great suggestions when I ask for them and she helps me break through my own stubborn resistance and helps me understand what barriers are keeping me from more fully embodying my divine purpose. Christa has helped me take my business to the next level. I feel so safe, seen, understood, and supported by Christa. I can’t recommend her enough!
I also have had the honor of receiving Reiki from Christa which is a real treat! She is a wonderful healer and a true channel of unconditional love. After more than a decade working in a very specialized niche within the IT sector I’ve come to realize that I’m ready for a major career change. Normally, I’ve been a very driven person, but working for large corporations doing something that doesn’t fuel me anymore has left me feeling very burnt out and frustrated. While I’ve identified what I want to do with the rest of my life, I’ve been pretty stuck and I reached out to Christa not knowing exactly what I needed or what was slowing me down. My experience with Christa King with Guided Lotus was powerful and impressive. Christa was amazing at guiding me through the process, as it was my first experience with hypnosis. She provided a professional approach in finding the «roots» to the meaning and connection of what I wanted to seek out.

My first experience with hypnotherapy was with Christa and I’m so thankful it was with her. I admit I was skeptical of the whole experience, especially losing control and allowing myself to be vulnerable. Christa immediately put me at ease and I found myself being very comfortable with her. I never once felt out of control during our sessions. She helped me quiet all the chatter and in turn I actually had more control! It was amazing! Just in our first session we unlocked some insight into why I was feeling the way I was and helped me uncover some aspects of myself that I could not have achieved on my own. I would recommend her to any one of my close friends and family.
I would also absolutely recommend Christa as a life coach! I was unhappy in my career for many years but could not figure out what else would be a good fit. After just one session of life coaching I felt a huge weight lift off my chest. Christa helped me break down what my goals are in a way I never could and then outlined some attainable strategies to reach them. I could not have achieved this without her guidance!

Christa’s ability to ask powerful questions that changed my way of thinking was absolutely astounding. She wasn’t asking the obvious; she was digging below the surface to underlying themes she heard throughout our coaching sessions and pointed out connections I didn’t realize were there. I believe this is her #1 asset as a coach.
As a result of her coaching, I was able to get things done faster than I thought possible, and really key in to the priorities that were conflicting in my work and life. She gave me the space to be open, honest, comfortable, yet challenged to push myself to higher limits. I cannot recommend her coaching enough.
