Green Pacific Concrete

Excellent work by George and his team! He even came a day early for final clean tup where they uncover our driveway drain bc he was «afraid it would rain today and your garage might get flooded». Now that’s some amazing customer service! Hard workers and a great fair price. Our old driveway with the huge bump that our car always got stuck on is now perfect! The neighbor even came over to say «That looks amazing!» Love these guys and would definitely use them again. We might be building a patio in backyard and if so, we would definitely call George. Thank you, guys, for all the hard work and exceptional results!

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate. I expected someone from Green Pacific Concrete to show up sometime near the appointment time. A couple showed up for the appointment, man didn’t speak english well, woman did though… They did not want to give a written estimate, only a dollar amount written on the business card. This job is in the 10 to 12k range. I believe they showed up for the Green Pacific appointment, but no way to know for sure. Their business card was Friendly Diamond Construction.
They did eventually provide an estimate for only one job via email, but again ONLY the dollar amount for one job, not an itemized estimate, and there are two separate jobs. When I asked for a reference of a recent client who had the same type of concrete work done, they stopped communicating. Was this person sent by Green Pacific as a sub? Never heard back from anyone at Green Pacific, unlikely in the extreme that a contractor just happened to show up at that appointed time, but Green Pacific did not…
Basically, EVERY contractor I’ve had out here so far has refused to provide previous client references. Many would not provide a written estimate. I’m being extra careful to spend more money and get references because this is a stamped /​colored job, and everyone says that requires a special crew with extra expertise.

Joe was a star to work with. We had him do 3 projects, and here are the highlights:
–every piece of the project came out perfectly
–Joe gave us a fair price, and was able to work with minor project changes without big cost increases
–I had trouble selecting a pattern and colors for the stamped concrete, as this was my first time using that. Joe made a sample of the colors I was considering, which made me feel much more confident in my final selection
–Joe regularly checked in with us during the multi-​day project, both in person and via text. He also answered questions and «remind me again… what’s happening tomorrow?» type inquiries in the evening
I would recommend Joe again in a heartbeat, and I’m really proud of how our property looks now.

We had Joe and his crew remove an old patio in our backyard and replace it with stamped cement. He gave us a quote the same day and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We got several quotes and Joe is very reasonably priced compared to the competition. He and his crew were very accommodating to our requests.

I had a wonderful experience with Joe at Green Pacific Concrete. He was on time and answered all my questions. His quote was reasonable and even came back to do some work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him.

Not terribly impressed at the estimate «process». Came by on time but did not have any measuring equipment and estimated almost double what all the other folks did, and didn’t offer any information on how they would do the work, offer a business card, nothing. While the reviews are great on Unilocal,there are a lot of companies who came by and offered a more reasonable price to remove a portion of our driveway, and came prepared.
