There customer service is dreadful. They put a new roof on our home. Within months it started leaking. Of course we don’t know this because until our wall started bowing out and stains appeared on our ceiling. I called to make an appointment and it took them over 24hrs to contact me back. They came and told me yes I have a leak. They told me I would be called that day. No call. I called on Monday and they said they hadn’t processed the paperwork and couldn’t help me. I called on Tuesday, same story. I had to threaten them by telling them I was going to have someone else fix it and Bill them. Within an hour I got a call that they were going to be at my house Friday. We shall see how that goes.
