Worst. Pedicure. Ever. I arrived at 7:10pm and by 7:35 the man claimed he was done. I soaked in luke warm water for 30 seconds. My toes weren’t shaped or filed and my cuticles got very little attention. No leg massage. No paraffin wax, I wasn’t even offered. When I asked if he was done, All of sudden he couldn’t understand me. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never again. My 3 girlfriends manicures (on natural nails) lasted longer than my pedicure. 2 thumbs down. Don’t waste your time…

Been here a handful of times. My nails looked great and they have the good massaging chairs. It’s pretty straight forward and you can’t beat the prices. Owners are very nice. Totally recommend.

I walked in today to get a manicure. I had an expired Groupon with a paid value of $ 16. Manicures are $ 20 per the posted sign. The employee told me I couldn’t use the Groupon because it was expired. I said actually that’s not true and read her the Groupon language that says it’s good for the paid value. Then she called her boss who said I could use the Groupon but for $ 12 and I’d have to pay an additional $ 17 for the manicure.
Huh?!? That doesn’t makes sense as manicures are $ 20 so even if I accept less than the paid value for the Groupon I should still pay less. She said there was a $ 5 charge to take off shellac. Ok but 25 – 12 is not $ 17 and besides the value of the expired Groupon is what I paid ($ 16).
If the merchant does not want to follow the Groupon policies then they should choose a different advertising vehicle. I will trust Groupon to refund my money and I will not use this salon based on this poor experience.

This place was top notch. Professional, clean, quiet and relaxing. The mani tables and pedi chairs are all separated by curtains so you can enjoy your privacy and relaxation, or move them back if you’re with a friend. The mood is very serene and quiet though, so don’t talk loudly and silence your phone out of respect for others. The salon was immaculately clean. The woman who did my shellac manicure was meticulous and it turned out perfectly. She then did a deluxe pedicure which was equally as excellent. They take walk in, online, or even text appointments. Even better is they are open every day except thanksgiving and Christmas 11 – 9. They weren’t busy when I went, but I imagine as word gets around that they might start filling up! One thing to warn you about however, bring cash if you can because cards receive an extra $ 3 charge. I understand though, merchants get hit hard with the fees they have to pay to authorize cards.

The atmosphere is very nice. But the last time I was in my nail tech clipped my cuticles so much they bleed and now I have scaps around my nail. The massage was very hurried. The techs need to be more careful and professional.

Loooove! Calm, soothing oasis with flute music and feng shui up the yin yang! Cheap too, do it!

I am also a licensed nail tech, so I am super picky about where I get my nails done. I had found a couple great places in town that I was committed going to until I moved to a new part of town, or the quality of service went down. In search of a new place, I found this hidden gem. Now I will go nowhere else, but here.
It’s location is convenient to me and they have off street parking. Located right next to Midpoint Café, you can grab a snack there and head over to get your nails done.
I love that you can just text message to set up an appointment. I highly recommend setting up an appointment so that you can ensure your spot and not have to wait. It isn’t a large place with lots of workers, they have a small team. They aren’t just sitting around waiting for a walk in, so please just make an appointment.
Their nail polish selection is excellent, organized and clean. I’ve not once had an issue with mine chipping. I always go to the same person because they are awesome, but I refuse to share their name, as I want to keep them all to myself.
The place is much more Spa Like and less like a typical nail salon. Their massage chairs are amazing and new. There are privacy curtains if you want to keep to yourself. The decorations are really nice, simple, serene and tasteful. They’ve really done a great job on this place. I also should mention that their bathroom is also always very clean.
They use all the correct tools and are sure to sterilize them correctly. I’ve never seen them double dip into products that would typically spread germs or disease. All of the technicians are very kind and courteous. They don’t speak a ton of English, but still communicate well. They all seem happy and put together, rather than overworked slaves like some of the nail places I’ve visited. They really take their work seriously and are eager to please.
I love this place and refuse to go elsewhere from now on. I look forward to coming back every few weeks.
Please stay off your phones and keep your conversations at a quit level here, as this is a small spa where people come to relax and unwind, not to listen to your drama. Be respectful of those around you.

This is my second time here and I love the massaging chairs and qualified staff. Most do not speak English but there has always been someone there that does. I first found the one on sandy but I prefer this location on 52^nd. Not as busy. I will keep coming back for pedicures. :)

This was my second time going here, and I went so I could use my expiring Groupon. I made an appointment in advance for the following Friday at 10am. I like this interior of this place, it’s very elegant, and cute. Surprisingly, I was the only one there, but hey, all focus on me isn’t too shabby. :) I love my shellac manicure!!! Tee helped me choose the exact color I was looking for, and gave me her suggestion for glitter color to coordinate with my plain colored polish. She was very focused, nice, and did a great job. I will definitely go back and schedule an appointment with her!

I thought the pedicure was excellent. The man who did mine was very professional and careful. It was one of the longest lasting pedicures I have had in a long time. I had the reflexology which was recommended by my massage therapist. It was very good and relaxing. Hot paraffin on hands and feet and then massage. All while bring cradled in heat at the neck with one of those warmed up bean bags. oh yea…

Confession: I really don’t like to give under 4 stars. That said I will probably still go back here. But… But why?!
The — 3 stars is for the fact that they charge same price for walk in as for a «special groupon» also the reflexology was awkward to say the least. Don’t go there for that. Just don’t.
I will go back for a pedicure because that was great! And their whole reservation system is a farce. Just walk in and expect to wait and/​or leave.
Price is right though… Maybe more stars next time?!
p. s.- yeah, my toes ain’t exactly five stars, I know.

Euphoria has a super deal going on right now through 6÷30÷15. My friend & I treated ourselves to a pedicure & shellac manicure for only $ 32! We wanted french tip which was an additional $ 5 but walking away with a satisfying & relaxing mani pedi for just $ 37 was a steal.
One thing I want to mention though, that wasn’t mentioned to us nor advertised on their website, is there is a $ 5 charge for polish removal. If you have polish on both of your hands & feet that’s $ 10 right off the bat.
Oh also, CASH ONLY & appointments are required. Instead of creating an account on their website to schedule an appointment, you have the option to text your request to them, too.
Tee & Lindsay are very quiet & focused so it’s quite a relaxing session once you’ve explained your request. Their massage chairs for the pedicures feel much better than chairs at other nail salons I’ve sat in. The music overhead is very calm & soothing so if you want a really good mani pedi deal, a relaxing time for yourself, a nice massage, & pretty fingers & toes, then make an appointment here asap.

I purchased a special deal on Groupon for a pedicure ½ price so only cost me $ 16 plus $ 5 extra for french manicure. Great business, ftienfly staff & wonderfully experirnced associates. The massage chair waa hands down the best ive ever had pleasure sitting on. So comforting I fell asleep and they had to wale me by fanning me with magazines lol

Complete pain to get to. Very little parking and the street parking is all messed up. Had an appointment that I had to confirm myself because she never got back to me. I had to wait a few minutes for my appointment which wasn’t bad. But the place is super cramped and not very relaxing. The lighting in the rest of the place is bad so it’s hard to tell how clean it is. The girl that did my pedicure was nice but I won’t come back. Way to out of the way for me.

I had trouble with people speaking loudly (to each other face to face) and could hear one of them giving flack to the person up front as other reviewers have said. Despite this, I was completely blissed out and could tune in to the music and healing vibes instead. It helped that I was already totally relaxed due to Juan’s skilled hands.
Was able to reschedule my appointment within 24 hours with a simple text and was very pleased they could accomodate. Their pedicure and reflexology are on sale thru the rest of the year for great prices. In some ways it feels like the reflexology treatment doesn’t mesh with the nail culture and you are only separated by a couple of thin sheets to the other customers. Didn’t matter, personally really don’t care.
Note the set up and extreme cost reduction (you get more than you pay for… I would pay full price for this treatment but am much more likely to go back more often while it is such a good deal) and I say try it. My hands and feet are so soft and I feel well taken care of. Heck to the yeah!

One star seems harsh, but being left in the middle of your pedicure with two unfinished toes just because the other clients are louder about the bad service and scheduling is also harsh. It took an extra forty minutes and two rushed retries for the staff to finish my remaining toes and I had to keep getting up to ask them to return so that I could finally leave.
I had hoped the over scheduling was a fluke, but clearly not. How can they expect to make and keep customers if they 1) Can’t keep appointments; 2) Try to work on multiple people simultaneously; 3) Stop service to the first client in to accommodate later arrivals; and 4) Use inexperienced staff who don’t know what the drying times are between layers and have to continuously start over?
You really pay for what you get here. Time to spend the extra $ 20 and get real service!

OY! This is actually a decent salon. Intimate space, cozy atmosphere, solid music. BUT FIX YOUR SCHEDULING! Just in my one visit, they upset a lot of customers and even lost some. There really truly is no point in making an appointment here, because that makes no difference. There was a lobby full of people, all whom had been waiting or had a scheduled appointment. Staff were literally just sort of bringing whoever spoke up and looked the angriest first. Others started speaking up and it turns out 4 of us all had appointments at the exact same time– when they didn’t even have chairs available. Some left, others were just frustrated.
At one point they called me back, I sat down, only to realize I forgot my polish in the lobby. I went to grab it and someone else complained she should have been first, so they took her just like that! Awkward to say the least. To jump start my ranting, I essentially waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. As a customer I find that very disrespectful that my time isn’t considered valuable. Had I known they were overbooked to begin with, I would have happily changed my appointment time or came on a different day.

I think this is a first: a pedicure appointment that made me cry. This was my third visit to Euphoria and even though they often seemed overwhelmed and the place is a little cramped, it had been fine up to this point.
I had made an appointment online for a reflexology pedicure but they didn’t seem ready for me. They did find me a seat and had me soak my feet… then two guys came in off the street. Not dressed as if they worked there or were therapists. I had the feeling that they’d found themselves overbooked and called in a cousin or something.
They had me go over to the darker side of the room, behind some curtains, where there are reclining chairs and when I went through the curtain there was a tall teenager standing there kind of lurking like he was going to watch the whole time. I asked who he was and the guy who I thought was going to massage me said «that’s my shadow» to which I said I wasn’t very comfortable with some guy watching while I got massaged. Then they kind of bumbled around looking for supplies — clearly not ready for me or not knowing what they were doing or where anything was. Then the younger of the two guys — who was so clearly uncomfortable, unskilled and out of his element that he barely knew where to look — was instructed to start massaging my head. And he obviously had NO freaking idea what he was doing. At that point I said I was too uncomfortable and went to leave. I felt so much like this was just a sham and they didn’t have the first idea what they were doing. I asked if he had a license and the first guy said rather defensively that you don’t need one in Oregon to practice reflexology. I went to leave and the first guy followed me out to the desk and called me racist and rude, several times because I was leaving. I said that the second guy clearly didn’t know what he was doing and he said «there’s a first time for everyone». Maybe there is, but I don’t want to pay for a service by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing and to be accused of something that ugly was beyond upsetting.
An older gentleman and a younger woman came and shooed him away — he was still calling me a racist as he went — and they were clearly really embarrassed by it and said sorry several times.
I’m glad I left — I feel I ought to be able to be comfortable with people who are touching my body. Maybe I want a qualified or even just *practiced* person touching my body. Maybe I feel weird about two guys in street clothes who just kind of wandered in starting a treatment on me. Maybe I don’t want to be in a dark room, in a vulnerable position, surrounded by MEN, even? I get to decide that and to leave if I feel something’s wrong. I’m glad I didn’t let them go any further, even though the price of speaking up about it was to be attacked for it.
I would caution against using this shop. It’s the first manicurist who’s ever made me leave in tears, feeling 100 times more stressed and attacked than when I went in to try and relax.

Booked online for the 50% off Euphoria/​Reflexology and was able to book the same day. Immediately seated for my pedicure in the most awesome massage chair and the gentlemen who did it was fantastic. He was accurate, quick, precise and it was painless. His foot & calve massage are phenomenal & my feet look great!
The reasons for 2 stars: There are signs around that say to talk softly but the back-​room convos from employees/​family/​friends (non-​clients) can be heard quite loudly throughout. The background music is fantastic when you can focus on it. In addition, unfortunately the reflexology left much to be desired, was painful and I wished that I hadn’t done it. The older woman who is so sweet and has a great smile is NOT a reflexologist. For starters, no pressure points in my feet were at all triggered. In addition she stuck her fingers in my ear cavities and poked in & out with a good amount of pressure. My ears feel completely clogged and I am NOT feeling rejuvenated but even more stressed out than before since I am in discomfort. I wish that I would have just stuck to the pedicure. Here’s hoping to no ear infections or inner-​ear damage. Words of advice or important info: (1) Make an appointment (2) Only get pedicures here & add 10 min massage (3) do NOT get reflexology here — protect your inner ears!

I found a Groupon for Euphoria — they were doing a promo for their Grand Opening which was a $ 16 pedicure. As someone who loves pedicures, I couldn’t pass up this deal! Euphoria prefers that you make a scheduled appointment for any of their services. I liked the décor in the establishment — very unique from any other nail spa business that I’ve been associated with. The pedicure massage chairs are seperated with sheer drapery — it feels like you have your own personal space. If you go with a friend, you have the choice to open up the drapery so you can visit with your friend while enjoying the pedicure. The ceiling was decorated with tree-​like branches with ornate, circular asian style ball-​like fixures.
Euphoria also does Reflexology — I plan to try out this service as well. I heard the positive comments from the women who did the reflexology, as they were leaving. «That was so heavenly… THANK YOU!».
They currently have a special running — $ 16 for the pedicure (30 minutes — normally $ 32) and $ 20 for the Reflexology session (1 hour– normally $ 40). They plan to carry this special until the end of the year (2014). I plan to definitely come back to Euphoria.
I was very pleased with the service that I was given with the pedicure. The lady who did the pedicure was very friendly, yet allowed me to read my book. Below is a link to Euphoria.
