Looks like they need to change their address as they moved to Glisan in the Pearl in a better location. Got a Groupon for full highlights and haircut with Danielle and she did a great job! Nice place and I will go back! :)

had a Groupon for full highlights and haircut with danielle. showed her pics and got basically what I asked for. she was friendly but not super communicative. I had to ask to see the color choice for the lowlights. I have long blonde hair I color myself and have lowlights added at a salon twice a year to keep my costs down. been doing it for years. danielle does a nice job, doesn’t dilly dally around. the cut was great. just reshaping… could have added a few more foils…

Tonya is amazing! She is so professional, and bends over backwards to make me happy! I’ve recommended her to my friends and anyone who truly cares about the health of their hair. She has helped me go from brown box colors to ombré to blonde; beautiful hair extensions to my own hair growing out. I cannot say enough great things about not only her technical skills, but how much she truly cares about me! I feel like I’m chatting with a best friend I’ve known all my life when I have an appt.
I also feel that I have hard hair to color. It always pulls red and looks brassy when blonde. NOT with Tonya, I have the exact tone that I want — golden to ashy. That takes skill. She doesn’t ever say my hair is hard — probably because it isn’t hard for her! She is so good at what she does!
I have to mention some of the ways Tonya has bent over backwards for me:
*dropped off product to my work when I’ve needed it
*scheduled me on her day off to accommodate my schedule
*offered to cut my 2 year olds hair for free
*honest (big thing to me!) about what would work and keep my hair healthy. For example, when it’s time to take extensions out, cut or go in stages to another color, rather than all at once (preserving the health of my hair).
*remembers and LISTENS to my needs
I could go on and on. I bring my daughter by to say hello when in the neighborhood because Tonya is so sweet and understanding with kids.
Love her and just cannot say enough good things!!!

I purchased a Daily Groupon good until 4p for $ 75 for the services of a cut and highlights to be used specifically with Danielle. I left a message the same day at 11am requesting an appointment. I never heard back. It’s been two days and I have not received even a courtesy apologetic call.
Perhaps Danielle is out sick? Perhaps she had a family emergency? Perhaps she was just swamped? I’ll never know (though I would have been sympathetic if I received any kind of call back), and at this point, I’m just trying to contest the charge with Groupon.
EDITED: 04÷13÷12 She called back and left a voicemail on Tuesday, four days after the intial contact to apologize «taking so long to get back to you» and told me groupon should refund me since it was not used. Groupon has still charged me for using the Groupon and I’m in debate with them over the fact that it was not actually used. What a headache…

Danielle is a fantastic hair stylist! I went to her after seeing my old stylist for over 3 years. Without me being able to completely articulate what I didn’t like about my hair and what I wanted changed, she managed to give me the exact color and cut I was looking for. She also put in a few extensions, which have held up very well and I’ve had them over a couple of months. Danielle is easy to talk to and always has fun stories to share. The salon is super cute as well.

Jill is amazing. My color and cut look fantastic. I highly recommend her! Plus she is FUN! I used to go to Urbaca and I really liked it, but my stylist left and I was referred to Jill by a friend. I also like that you can have as much wine as you want — Urbaca only lets you have one glass :)

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and always smiling. Jill Franko makes me look beautiful everytime. I like how she listens to what I want and is consistant with the cuts. Daily I can actually make my hair look as good as she does in the salon which is a treat. She is a pro with color. Check her out!
