I had a great experience with these guys. They helped me figure out what I really wanted. They came and installed everything, and it worked exactly as expected. They follow up with me periodically just to make sure everything is still working well. Top notch firm.

The other reviewer had it nailed. Unethical liar. I was quoted a price over the phone, made a trip in to see them and by the time I arrived the price had risen significantly and the salesman had a memory loss over the price he quoted me on the phone. STAY AWAY from this store.

Superb! Very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick turnaround. I had them install a Control4 system in my house and it went very smoothly. The field staff did not rest and worked late until they made sure I was fully satisfied and the whole home system worked perfectly. Their pricing was very fair. Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants in home audio/​video/​home system installation.
I am a new customer to Encore and based on my experience the previous review made no sense to me. It was not based on a business transaction with Encore. If you read the response from Encore, a car was parked illegally in a space reserved for Encore customers, the owner was asked to move it… did not do so and finally hours later was towed away. Now he/​she blames Encore for «predatory practices». We all have to take responsibility for our actions.
