Quick, friendly service and solid prices make this a worthwhile lunch spot. Bare bones but clean interior won’t lure you in for the ambience but everything else should bring you back. Tacos are two bucks and a loaded burrito eight. The meats are well cooked but not aggressively seasoned. They get the little things right in preparation though– burritos are expertly wrapped and toasted so you can eat the whole thing with one hand without it falling apart. Salsas are tasty but not spicy– nice lime flavor in the green and roasted tomato in the red. I’d definitely come back for a bite if I was in the neighborhood and if they amped up the seasonings it would be a five star quick lunch. There are not many good Mexican options in the area.

Good cheap tacos. Quality meats. Clean. Perfect for an on-the-go lunch. Red salsa was spicy and sweet. Keep up the good work

Try the root veggie burrito or have it bowl style. So so good. And the salsa is amazing!!!

Good cheap Tacos with great salsa. Both the green and red are go to choices. Get them both and decide which you like.

DELICIOUS authentic street tacos! Great guacamole! Great salsa! Very clean place! The customer service is terrific, friendly, and fast! Food was delivered well proportioned and fresh! I don’t have a single complaint! Definitely will be coming back here many times! Also it’s connected to a bakery and Bagel shop! AND there is a brewery a couple doors down! If you order tacos and say you want to go get a beer, go ahead! They volunteer to bring your food to you at the brewery! LOVEIT!

Well, this place had the misfortune of coming after I just ate at Ocha’s Lupitas tacos(see my review). Had that not occurred, this place might have earned a third star, particularly for a part of the city with limited quality offerings. But it is hardly worth reviewing. Their fuego and verde salsas were both mediocre. The tacos were lean on flavor – they were neither nuanced or jacked up. Prices are fine – I won’t hold it against them that they are more than a food truck. Oh well, I can take this off my list.

They serve very tasty food that is cheap. Thier $ 2 tacos are actually quite good. The service is good also. My favorite part is after ordering I go next door to the Growler and try a local beer. They have over thirty on tap. About the time I pick a beer THEYDELIVERTHEFOOD!

This place does tacos right. Often people get to crazy with their taco creations. They keep it Simple, greasy, delicious and of course on corn tortillas. Not to mention really friendly staff. I recommend the al pastor or chorizo.

Exactly what I was looking for: Good cheap tacos! They still don’t have a sign, so they can be hard to find, but they are worth seeking out(next to the bagel place). The pastor and carnitas were extra tasty. Pollo was a bit bland, but still good with enough of their fresh salsas. I’ll be back.

Zero frills. Good, cheap tacos. Gotta say, for $ 5 I got two tacos and shared a big old basket of chips and pico. The al pastor was very good, followed by the carnitas in second place. A distant third goes to my husband’s chorizo which was a bit… I don’t know… ketchupy. This place gets major props for being a decent lunch in Portland for $ 5 – I dared to dream the impossible, and here it is.
