Dogs and Fries

Food takes too long and will make you late for class. They didn’t tell me in advance I’d have a long wait.

This place should definitely make it on the Food Network somehow someway, maybe Drive in diners and dives or something like that. it is no surprise why they won number one french fries in Missouri. staff is incredible the place looks super clean, the prices are great, just an amazing place to go with your friends and family. I definitely recommend this place anybody looking for a great place to eat locally

Got the chili cheese fries. Nothin spectacular.
The fries were crinkle cut and there was cheese, beef chili, and raw onions on top. The chili was very plain and bland. :(
I’ll come back to try the hot dogs, those look much tastier!

What can I say about this cart that hasn’t already been said?
The owner recognizes me, despite the fact that I’ve only been there maybe 5 times, and he’s always very friendly. We’ve had lots of conversations about the Middle East (his father immigrated from Iran), he’s noticed minor changes to my hair style, and he always throws my favorite extras on without me saying anything more than «yes». (The caramelized onions are probably my favorite add-​on from any cart on campus. Caramelized onions! I’ve been making those things since I was 7! I swear he’s got to be an onion wizard or something. But that’s beside the point.)
In addition — best poutine in the city. Hands down. My Canadian friend gave it 5 stars, and so do I. It’s damn good.
All of the meat is Kosher and Halal, there are vegan options for pretty much everything (including the amazing poutine) and when I was eating Kosher during the holidays (I’m a bad Jew and only do it twice a year) he made sure to not touch any of the meats to the milk products, which is about as Kosher as you can get from a food cart.
The food is fantastic, the guy is amazingly considerate, and it’s just, to put it plainly, a lovely little comfort food cart.

This place has been around since 2013; it is great. I have been doing on and off since I moved to downtown in 2013. The owner and his staff are great; the food is definitely better and cheaper than the competition (Have you tried to get a hotdog at a stadium; $ 12… Nah; I would rather pay $ 5.) and this place has a number of options from breakfast dogs, chili fries, vegan dogs and large humble hot dogs. They are also very fast and you can call in orders. They use to deliver to only around PSU but the delivery option is currently on hold becuase they are looking to expand their delivery area. They are also working to try to open a second food cart; if you are around PSU definitely come try their food.

I’m happy there is range of options for vegans and meatarians alike. Friendly service and lots of options for a food cart. I ha poutin sweet potato fries. It’s a soul food got rainy day like today. Will try hotdog next time.

This is definitely not your average hot dog stand and the owner has a really good selection of hotdogs, my favorite is the eggplant. The owner of this cart is really friendly and superb at customer service. The second time I stopped here he was giving away some deliciously composed deep fried oreos! I never had deep fried oreos before and I was hesitant to eat it but since it was free, I told myself why not! Treat yourself right?! I have to say it was amazing! One of the best «yes» decision I made. It was lightly battered and not oily as I expected. I keep coming back to this cart when I’m on campus because it’s that good!

Delicious hotdog varieties! Love the menu options and charismatic owner. A must-​have is my favorite, the California Dog; kosher beef topped with arugula, tomato, onion, avocado and chipotle mayo sauce. YUM!

Certainly not your average hot dog! They provide a unique twist to each dog. Prepare yourselves, because after the first bite you’ll be hooked forever!
