My experience with Cromwell was awful. They rescheduled my appointment and then forgot we had an appointment at all and left me waiting. They are very disorganized and too «busy». When I called Raymond he didn’t even apologize and was extremely rude. I don’t understand how other people can say that they were «professional, communicative, and easy going» when I found them to be the complete opposite. The positive reviews don’t mean much of anything if they don’t provide good service consistently.

My experience with Cromwell was top notch from start to finish. Raymond and Vanessa were a pleasure to deal with – always professional, communicative and easy going. Raymond and his highly skilled and his assistant transformed my damaged wide plank pine floors back to a pristine state I never thought possible. They even applied two extra coats of poly at no charge because my floors were overly «thirsty.» After my painters finished, the tape removal took some of the finish off the floor which Raymond returned to repair no questions asked. My floors are now stunning.
Cromwell Hill came recommended by another tradesman and I am so happy I took their advice. They are the real deal.

Raymond did an excellent job on doing my floors. The job required sanding, staining and polishing my entire apartment which is 1200 Sqaure feet. Raymond was professional and completed the job in a fairly short amount of time. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Ray has a great eye and strives to complete the job perfectly. I was thrilled with the outcome of the floors in my classic 6 pre-​war apt.
The floors initially were a disaster and now they truly look wonderful. He gave me the guidance I needed but listened carefully to what I wanted. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. One always feels a bit concerned having work done in their home, but I felt very comfortable with Ray, who I believe always had my best interest in mind.

Raymond did an amazing job staining and re-​finishing my wood floors. He listened to what I wanted and then showed me various options for the stain color. He finished my one-​bedroom apartment in less than a week, and even came back on a Sunday (and after I’d paid him!) to do some touch-​ups. Very professional and reasonably priced, and a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommended!
