Massage Therapist JENNYSTELZER is AMAZING! I’ve had back issues for 20+ years and gone to numerous massage therapists and chiropractors. Jenny is the best of the best! With just a brief description of my issues, she: 1. Went right to the problem areas where I needed relief the most 2. While staying focused and working on me, provided excellent information on stretches and exercises that I could do on my own to improve my pain and mobility 3. Discovered and brought to my attention issues that were directly affecting my pain that DOCTORS and chiropractors had never found in over 20 years! 4. Put my lower back in place just through her massage techniques 5. Released my shoulders and upper back, which have been in extreme pain for years 6. The results were lasting, even two weeks later. 7. A week and a half later, I was able to pop a rib back in place by simple stretching. The rib had been out for four years! She did all of this during a 1 hour session! For someone like me that’s been dealing with a lot of pain for so long, this was a life changer. I finally felt that someone else not only knew what I was going through and cared about seeing me get better, but Jenny was actually able to make me feel better! I went back two weeks later with similar results and plan on going every two weeks until things get under control, then setting up a maintenance schedule. I’ve also heard that the chiropractic services from Dr. Shane and Dr. Arah are also top notch. If they’re anything like the massage therapy Jenny offers, I can’t wait to try them out. Great place, great staff, I couldn’t be happier

Through my insurance, I was able to procure some prenatal chiropractic appointments to help keep me upright during the long months of pregger-ville. After perusing the list of service providers who accept my insurance, I settled on Core Elements. Dr. Arah put me back into alignment, something I do not enjoy, and sent me on my way a number of times. Then I had to take a break due to buying a house, moving, etc etc. When I finally was able to make another appointment due to the hectic shitasticness of my work and life schedule, I felt relieved that some of my 33-week discomfort might be alleviated. Then I got the call. Could I reschedule? This was 3 hours before my table time. Um. The reason for the reschedule… the doctor wanted to get home to her kids. While I sympathize with working moms a ton now that I’m about to be one, I felt let down. I said I could definitely understand if she needed to get home for a sick child(this point of fact I tried to establish, but it didn’t sound like that was the case), but I was not able to make it Friday. The receptionist sounded disappointed in my inflexibility, but said to just come in for my 5 p.m. OK. Well I called back 20 minutes later and cancelled my appointment. Indefinitely. I don’t want to feel like making an appointment is an inconvenience for the practitioner, and it definitely would have affected my adjustment(I get very tense when I’m vexed). Overall, the office is small, but well kept. The adjustments are fine. But I’m already dealing with a plethora of doctors who don’t seem to have time for me, so there ya have it.
