I just randomly picked Dr. Melzer because he is in my insurance plan (Blue Cross) and near my home. I was completely surprised at how great an experience it was. It was a late appointment so I expected to be rushed in and out, but not so. He and his staff were gracious, entertaining as well as patient and helpful. If I could give another star I would.
