Comida Casera is in what’s probably my favorite pod in all of Portland — Pod 28 — and they serve simply amazing Mexican tortas. For the uninitiated, Mexican tortas are basically just awesome sandwiches on a unique, squishy and flavorful bread. The torta I had came with a juicy, utterly delicious slow roasted pork with cabbage, carrot, a bit of cheese and a healthy dose of their homemade hot sauce.
