My front brakes literally fell off my van because I ran them into the ground. Being a woman who knows nothing about brakes, I was incredibly embarrassed having to explain what I had done to Erick (the owner). However, he was a complete gentlemen about it and explained where i had gone wrong without making me feel like an ass. He also called me and kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way. The best part was that my car was in and out in about 24hrs. Considering my entire front brakes system had needed to be replaced for over a year and i had caused a lot more damage by continuing to drive it, i thought the turn around was outstanding. Plus, the price was reasonable. And the best part is that my babies and i are back on the road! Thanks Erick!
