I came in for support because my Apple account was hacked into and my iPhone was locked and unusable. Bradley very quickly identified what had happened and was able to fix it right away by wiping the phone clean. I was really sad to lose all my photos since I never backed them up and he very kindly waved the fee because he understood this was a very upsetting thing for me. I would definitely recommend this place for the kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff for support or buying Apple products!

YI purchased an IPad from City Mac. Bryce was the young man that helped me! I have to say he is AMAZING! I will return just because he was honest and very helpful!

This is a place where you can get help without feeling overwhelmed by techies! You can get questions answered from knowledgable people who don’t talk down to you(like certain stores). I walked in with my friend who has 67yo and has OCD(obsessive compulsive disorder). Casey(our sales rep) was patient, listened to the questions and answered with compassion, patience and ensured my friend was comfortable with his purchase. Thank you!

Honestly, I cannot praise this company enough. Everything I’ve purchased from them I love, but more than that I really appreciate the staff and the service they have provided every time I walk in the store. Also who really wants to go to a Verizon store or even an Apple Store? So instead I just go here and take care of everything at once without a line or a hassle. And one more thing … Used devices, how often can you buy a model or two older laptop from a store with a guarantee? Never that’s how often, it’s fantastic that they offer this especially when parents are buying their kids a laptop or if a student needs to buy one themselves. They are fantastic, I think I’ve said enough.

These guys are great — super helpful, always have what you need, and are all around good people. We go here for all of our service, accessory, and new purchase related needs.

These guys provide such great service! They go on and beyond for me. I am taking their year long lesson program and Remy rocks. He has taken the frustration out of transitioning to a MAC. Then, today, I forgot my charger at work and they were gracious enough to give my computer charge to make it through the day. Top notch customer service.

The best — fast, smart, helpful, great customer service, speedy. They take the time to diagnose on the spot, and they fixed a problem with my laptop that Apple could NOT figure out for years. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Oh yeah, and the cherry on top– easy access, FREE parking ;)

My iMac had a serious infection. We called and they said to bring it right in. In no time my computer was working like new. Plus the guy helped me out with some tech questions I’d been having in literally a few seconds. The store was super clean and looked amazing. No more driving down to the apple store for me! This place was awesome!

My first trip ever to TD Curran was the morning before Christmas, after hearing about it from a friend. I was dreading the task of trying to decide which computer would best fit the needs of my husband and family while also worrying about having this trip take up the entire morning! Fortunately for me, I was greeted by an employee who listened to what I thought I had wanted, asked a few more questions and then showed me the differences between the devices I was looking at. Usually by this time, I would expect the salesperson to give me a pitch to buy the most expensive computer; but instead, I felt as if I had enough information to make my own decision. A MacBook Pro was purchased, along with Apple Care and I was on my way to the next stop. Shopping for any device at this place is highly recommended! Two weeks after my purchase, I decided to go back to see about upgrading a Verizon iPhone to the iPhone 6. Bryce Bloodworth, the salesperson who helped me with the Macbook Air, was there and again, was more than helpful! I was able to get my new phone ordered and was on my way! The best part of this visit, besides the easy and free parking, great coffee and quick service, is shopping in a hassle free environment where the customer is first, the service fast and the products… A+! There’s no doubt, a few months down the road when our next upgrade is available, a trip to TD Curran to see Bryce will definitely be in order!

My wifes laptop stopped working again just before Christmas. Went to the various big box stores looking for a replacement and really did not get any real help. Since we live in the Gorge I really wasn’t looking forward to going downtown with absolutely no parking or to the mall to visit the Corporate Apple store. Found TD Curran and the staff was outstanding. Understood what my wife was looking for and matched her up with a Mac Air that we both totally love. Purchased the Apple Care and went in yesterday for our hour lesson and it was fantastic. Best 1 on 1 instruction I have ever had and my wife also. I’m so impressed with what I have seen, I plan on replacing my desk top PC with a Mac.

I too was surprised that the Mac PAC ownership had changed. the new store is so sterile and uninviting and that seems to match the work ethic and personalities of the staff. I have to really be p.o. to write a review and spend my time doing so. The staff sounded OK on the phone and when I ask them what type of hard drive to buy for my iMac I was given two choices. Since I had done the research on the internet regarding a very important cable with the installation of a new hard drive, I was surprised that neither the sales or the service manager told me that I was going to need a new cable. I had to bring it to their attention. The service manager said he would sell me a cable they found to be a workaround. However when I brought that cable home there is no way in $#%% that the pin configuration on the female portion of the cable would even remotely work with the male connection on the hard drive. Isn’t this what they do all the time? I’m so mad at myself for not checking the connections before walking out of the store. Then when I returned the cable to get a refund, the sales rep with the long unkept hair, don’t remember his name, was trying to tell me that there MUST have been a miscommunication between me and the service manager. Are you kidding? And he also immediately went on the defensive. No empathy for the fact that I had to drive back here to get my money back. Both the original sales rep and the service manager new exactly what hard drive I was buying how could he not know this cable was not going to work. When doing a search for installing a new hard drive in the 2009 or 2010 IMac, there are a ton of hits regarding this cable. These people are either uninformed, don’t care, or just want you to mess up so that you would bring the Mac back to them. Well, that is not going to happen. Luckily I found a local guy in Vancouver who is now having to sort out the rest of this mess at a much better price

Last week I thought I was headin to the Mac-Pac(Where I usually go for my local Apple products) store to purchase an AC charger for my daughters MacBook Pro Laptop. Where the old Mac-Pac Apple store was now a tc@curran apple store. My first thought was the same peeps were now operating under a different name. No biggie. I liked the friendly staff, so… I asked bout the name change. The guy I speak bout in this review tells me that the Mac-Pac closed shop back in the spring of this year, and«td curran» from the Seattle area reopened the doors with new staffing. I was shocked cause the old Mac-Pac(I thought) had a great local following. Always busy with folks in the store. Enjoyable place to purchase and get the latest information, products, and just to talk to the friendly staff. I inquired bout the charger from the same guy(Short black hair) over by the repair desk and was directed to the charger area. As I felt the need to inquire further bout a used MacBook Pro laptop(Impulse purchase) is when I detected the lack of morning coffee(?), falling off the wrong end of the bed –earlier this AM, or the complete lack of any customer service skills. After toughing out a question and answering period I settled on the latter. Hard to believe, but I DID purchase a used MacBook Pro from this guy. I ignored his lack of sales, and customer service skills, and concentrated on if I wanted to purchase the laptop at the price they were asking. After walking out with the laptop is when I thought to myself… that guy was unfriendly, made me feel as if I was bothering him, and I won’t be coming back. Of course, unless I HAVETO.
