I had so much fun shopping at the airport store in the passenger area. The lady was very helpful and nice to talk with and the two pair of shoes I bought are really nice and very fashionable. I would shop there again but reading the reviews about lack of sales help at the outer area store and not backing up bad merchandise I have decided not to give a gift certificate for a birthday gift.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a high quality shop (choice of merchandise, quality of merchandise, design of the store, helpful and friendly service [Stephanie was awesome], and pricing) in an airport terminal, of all places! We happened upon them on our way to our gate returning home and scored a pair of fabulous shoes on sale. They also have an online way to shop, so now i don’t have to worry if i can’t get back to PDX sooner or later. Once of the most impressive things was that when i complimented our salesperson (Stephanie) on HER outfit and shoes, she said that she bought everything from that same store. Very impressive. I just signed up for their mailing list online so i can get news about more of their killer sales. i save a bunch on my new Danskos and i love them!

Two times this week I have been in the main lobby store, both times the service was atrocious. Both times was in the store, no acknowledging that I entered the store. Clerks just stood around talking. The first time in I thought oh just a bad day thought I would give another chance in my return trip, same experience. Will never go in this store again. Can spend my money elsewhere where I get good customer service. cc mckenzie you need help, just not the same at the airport store. What’s changed?
