Cascade Cleaners

Not to good. Sadly they lost one of my shirts. And they still charged me for the fact that they dry cleaned the lost shirt.
Way to expensive.

Terrible I tired this place out since they are close by my house. I can do a better job with an Iron. On top of that I just picked up my cloths 8 shirts 11 slacks. Got all them back but one of the shirts were not even mine. I was lucky the other person did not pick his cloths up I was able to find my shirt and was still charged full price. If you come here good luck but be sure to check your cloth. Especially if you are like me and take some cloth to the cleaners because 1 there were costly and 2 you want them to stay nice for some time. Lost a customer!

In a two words… they suck. If you are looking for work that won’t be done on time, is over-​priced and clothes come back with more stains than when you took them in this is the place for you.

Use green materials and do a great job, every time.

I go to church in this area and this guys was able remove spot that nobody could. They are going extra mile all the time when it comes to cleaning. Now my car fabric cover is like new.

I had two items that needed alterations. I was told it would cost me less than $ 20 total. When I got one item, it was $ 14 and they still weren’t done with the other one. They had to replace a zipper on a hoodie because they couldn’t fix it. They didn’t tell me how much it would cost. When I went to get it, the price was $ 27 for a zipper. The hoodie wasn’t even worth that much and they argued with me about not having to say anything about a new price. I refused to pay and left the hoodie there because they were so ridiculous about not saying anything about the price prior and fighting with me that I authorized them to charge me that much. I could easily had my zipper replaced at Nordstrom or another alterations place for half the price. I have never been so shocked by the price of alterations. I will never go back.

I am very unhappy with the service I got from Cascade. I took some drapes from one of my rentals to them and when I picked them up, they told me that they should not have been dry cleaned, but washed. They said they did wash them and charged me $ 30. However, when I got them home, the had holes in them and had to be discarded. It is true that they were inexpensive drapes, but they should have called me and given me the choice of paying for them to ruin them, or take them back and do it myself. They are supposed to be the experts and I think it was unethical for them to charge me instead of explaining that the drapes could not be cleaned without ruining them.

Cascade Cleaners is a very customer friendly business. they do all kinds of cleaning and laundry. they have a great staff who make each visit very good. they do their work on time and always do a very good job. I used their service weekly and have never had any problems with them since i started with them. great prices.
