Gateway Cleaners

Very poor experience here. I took 2 blankets to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick them up they were clearly dirty (some kind of crusty stain on one and dog hair and lint on the other). I obviously did not want to pay full price for that. The woman working there was very rude and yelled at me repeatedly about how she cleaned them twice and I should be happy because she did a good job and then offering me a $ 5 bill as a refund. We went around and around and I ended up just leaving with the blankets because she already ran my card before I saw the blankets and I was tired of being yelled at. Very poor service and terrible quality dry cleaning, if she even did dry clean them at all. Definitely will not be returning.

I have gone to Gateway Cleaners once before and am going back for a second time. They are very reasonably priced and last time I went to them, they did good quality work. Not only that, but I had called one other dry cleaners shop before this one to ask about prices and was spoken to very rudely. The woman that answered the phone for Gateway Cleaners did not do that. There’s a bit of a language barrier, but she was nice and polite and answered all of my questions. I will be going to them from now on.

Very nice but very disorganized. I left with two shirts that looked like mine but weren’t. I’m going back tonight to see if I can unearth my stuff.
