Care Solutions

Working with Brenda from Care Solutions was frustrating and a total waste of our time. Not only did she ignored my calls, she only had two places to show us, and she tried to manipulate my parents and turn our family members against each other. My parents had very high care needs. She seemed very thorough at first. She assessed them and recommended a place right away. When the place was unable to accept them, due to their care needs, she told us rhere was no other place for them. A couple days later, she said she had found another place. She had their agent come out and assess my parents. She told me they had been accepted. I took my parents to see the place. They decided to move in. Then I couldn’t nail them down to sign the paperwork. Next thing I know, the place turned them down. They had told Brenda a couple days earlier, but she never bothered to communicate with us. Later, we found out she had shown the same place to anther family and they had rented it. After that, she had no other options. I called her several times and she would not return my calls, or she would call back a week later, and say she had called me several times but could not get a hold of me. For some unknown reason, she left no message. Finally she tried to get my parents back in the same place that had turned them down. That’s when we decided to go with another referral agency.

I’ve never had to put a parent into a care facility and it had to be done immediately. I was terrified because, come on, it’s my Dad! I wanted to make sure he was safe and in a healthy place. Brenda returned my call right away and met me a few hours later. She found a BEAUTIFUL place with fantastic help. On the tour, I said out loud, «I would live here!» Without her professional, caring help, I don’t know what we would have done. Dad’s in a happy, safe place. Brenda is a true blessing.

Care Solutions is a great company !!! Brenda at Care solutions is very professional ~I felt instantly like she cared about my circumstances and was eager to help. Quickly creating solutions to help with my situation~
Thinking about placing a parent in a new environment is never easy.
I felt as though Brenda cared not just about the physical needs but also about the little things that were important to my mom as well.
I feel like her knowledge of the industry and her passion for seniors has surpassed all others with her personable service.
This company deserves a five star rating not just for there impeccable service, but also for their contribution to community of family’s with seniors ~
