Shady… when I walk into a shop and ask the price to install a specific part, I don’t wanna hear a used car salesman telling me that I need a $ 48 diagnostic to find out what the «REAL» problem is. He refused to give me a straight answer and used his diagnostic as starting point. I knew what was coming, and I didn’t like it. After the 3rd attempt at getting a straight answer to no avail, I left. Garbage, I got a quote for exactly what i wanted, from a shop down the road, no run around, less then 5 minutes after walking into this place. I’d avoid this money pit, this guy stinks of bad business practices.

I had them work on my Jeep a few times. Always did a good job, did it quick, the price was in line with other shops in the area or a little bit lower.

Just got my car back, minus the ghastly front end noise. Service took an extra couple of days, due to parts issues, but was a lot shorter than I’d expected. And would you believe it came in $ 5 *under* estimate? WOW!

Mike has gotten us out of more than a few vehicle jams. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and pretty dang good at what he does we recommend Mike. Definitely, a good solid honest guy who knows what he’s doing.

It is Christmas Eve and Campbell’s fixed our Buick. They were awesome! They had relaxed our starter module a year or two ago and it was still having problems. They covered the part and only charged us for labor. We dropped the car on Sunday 12⁄22 and had it back two days later. Thank you, Campbell’s!

Everyone hates taking their car into the shop, but I had a good experience here. The mechanic talked with me at length about what was going on with my car, and once he had diagnosed the problem, presented me with a few options at different price levels. As a woman, usually when I go to car places I feel taken advantage of and talked down to, but here I felt listened to and respected. I didn’t spend a ton of money, and my car has been working well. I recommend this place.
