One of my favorite locations! Everyone is so kind and friendly! Especially Wiley! She’s the sweetest! I love this burgerville!

I’m moving out of the area and will miss this Burgerville, or specifically, I’m going to miss Wiley. She is always friendly, funny, and is understanding when my kids change their minds at the last minute. I’m going to have to come back just to visit her!

Today was the St Johns bazaar and parade. I went knowing full well going in that it may be a madhouse and that lines would be especially long due to the rain. We decided to go through the drive thru and we were pleasantly surprised. The line wasn’t too long. Wiley, the lady at the drive thru window, was WONDERFUL. So kind and friendly and funny. We were all really hungry but she kept us laughing and then got us on our way with a friendly wave. Thanks team and especially Wiley at the St Johns location

Not a big fan of paying top prices for a thin small burger patty when you can take what you spent here and get a big fat juicy burger with fries and drink for half the price at an actual burger place. I don’t see how so many people are happy about this expensive fast food place. I think Carl’s Jr. Is the best fast food joint there is but unfortunately there isn’t one around the area

Have been eating here forever and love the food. Tried the new online order service and my food was ready when I stepped in the door. Generally speaking I am always amazed when dining in by the time I grab my drink and find a table I rarely wait more than a few minutes for my fresh hot food. Sometimes it even gets to my table before me. Plus can we please have year round Rosemary fries?

Seeing as I dont have a car, this place is my option for fast food in the area. And it flipping sucks. The cheeseburger I ordered was DISGUSTING. I threw it away after two bites, there went my $ 5… The sweet potato fries were disgustingly greasy. ***second visit** I decided to give them a second chance, this time with a grilled cheese. simple right ? WRONG. The woman asked how I wanted my grilled cheese… I asked her what she meant and she said«do you want just two burger buns and cheese not warmed up or do you want warmed up a little ?» I said«yes two buns with cheese in the middle grilled» I open my to go bag to find a cold piece of cheese between what it seemed to be microwaved buns… I swear this is a true story. This place SUCKS don’t waste your hard earned money here.

St. John’s is a disease and this BV certainly fits right in. Unfortunately I had to hit their drive thru tonight. I ordered 2 pepper bacon cheeseburgers and some sweet potato fries. When I got home I was surprised to find neither burger had any bacon even though both wrappers were clearly labeled with the initials PB. Sweet! This shift manager must be completely incompetent. I’ve been here MANY times and had some okay experiences but I’ll NEVER go back now. I know it’s a fast food and all but this place could be a lot cleaner as well. Wednesday, October 21, 8:30 pm.

Got home and found out there was no bacon in my PB cheese burger. Paid $ 5.89 for a tillamook cheese burger. basically. I was starving so I ate it. It was disgusting. The patty was thin and no flavor, in bwt two flabby buns. F this place. St. Johns sux.

Aweful! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I waited over 15 minutes for a cheeseburger meal, the cashier named Wiley was bad mouthing customers right in front of everyone and the manager on duty was just standing in the background. The customer service is horrible and with how expensive this place is, service needs to be better! Wake up management.

Best Drive through option available. Seasonal dishes are great — make an extra stop for the Waffle Fries and Walla Walla Onion Burger and Marionberry Milkshakes. Guilt-free option for the family when you are in a rush and on the go.

Haven’t been to a Burgerville since I was a little kid. Mostly because my parents are like religiously opposed to this place. But me and my dad decided to walk across the street and try it. Wasn’t really the most pleasant experience. He ordered a pepper bacon burger and a «regular»(take note of that) onion rings, and I got a Tillamook cheeseburger(which was actually pretty great) and a blackberry shake(which was bomb. get one). The onion rings was what was terrible. We sat at a table and got our drinks and the girl comes out and gives us our trays. And she put the onion rings down and there were four. Literally. Exactly FOUR very small onion rings. Those were $ 3.75. Basically a dollar per onion? What the actual shit. He ate two and said they were really oily and he asked me if he should go complain about it. And of course I said he should because that is off the charts ridiculous. So he did, and I watched him go up there. The lady(who I’m assuming was a supervisor. but not a good one apparently) didn’t even look at him. She just asked why they were bad and he said he wanted his money back for the awful FOUR oily«bite size» rings. She didn’t even look at him the whole time, for real. While he was talking, she went on the register to do a refund. How obnoxious is that? Not even«Oh I’m sorry sir, I’ll get your money for you.» Not even a pretend apology. So she just shoved his money back and walked away. I would give this place zero stars… but half of the one star is for the burgers which were actually good, and the other half is for that amazing milkshake. Which is all this place is good for is their shakes. Their fresh strawberry ones are really great. And you know what really sucks is that since this place is basically a chain fast food type of place, nobody will even read these reviews and try to improve. But oh well. I feel better knowing that someone might avoid this place because of my review, or someone else’s perhaps.

It’s supposed to be «fast food» but this place isn’t very fast. Like a lot of folks, I have noticed that BV has went downhill over the years, the portions are smaller, yet the prices are higher. No issue with my cheeseburger basket, though. The drive-thru is essentially a park-thru, but cashier realized it and apologized for the wait.

The food here has gotten progressively worse and actually made both myself and my fiancé sick yesterday after eating there. The burger and fries were both cold as if they had been sitting out. The buns were crushed and moisture filled. Incredibly disappointing. To be honest McDonald’s is doing a better job than this establishment which is embarrassing.

Garbage. For a place that’s suppose to be fast food it took over 15 minutes to get my burger. No gloves on cooks hands either.

If you have to get fast food– this is the fast food to get! Oops, it’s not«fast» it is «convenient» food– made to order, so IT never sits around(but YOU do as you wait a little longer for it., worth it!!) Note: the veggie burgers are cooked on their own grill – So they stay vegetarian! Using regional ingredients really seems to make a difference. Milkshakes are great, fries…not so much. Service is super friendly. If you need to shop at a drive-thru this is the drive-thru you should hit!

My manager insisted on taking me and a fellow employee to lunch just because it was Friday. Well, OK then, let’s raise the roof, always ready for happy times! Parking after winding through the streets of St. Johns was really not just a trip, but a trippy trip. Wow, phew, wiped my brow after that little excursion. Once in we could relax and order. A shy young lady obviously working her first job helped us out, could almost look us in the eye, so we were nice to her and weren’t too fractious even though we were celebrating Friday(do you remember your first job?), and I decided on a spicy Anasazi black bean burger with some gorgeous orange-colored sauce that was nice and spicy and set the bean burger off to a tee. I really wanted a large blackberry shake but backed off because it was my boss(new to me) buying after all and didn’t want to show her too quick what a secret piggy I am about ice cream and ice cream products. Bless my boss’s heart, however, because she ordered a basket of the Walla Walla sweet onion rings and forced us to eat them. I screamed a lot, but I did manage to get some onion rings down. Yummy, crispy, sweet — all that good stuff one wants for lunch. My fellow employee got a great-looking cheeseburger and fries. If this is a celebration, I’ll take it. What great fun and such tasty food. Oh yeah, the company was pretty good too! And remember to be nice to the teens starting their first jobs out this summer!

I have eaten here several times. Granted the staff are super friendly but the food and appearance leave me a little cold. The place never looks clean. However, I do love when they have the Asparagus! This is a last resort place for me. In addition, the seasonal onion rings were actually inferior. Not recommended if there are options.

Disappointed… Just got home to eat my grilled chicken club salad that I paid $ 6.99 for… Opened the bag up to find a pathetic looking salad topped with overdone bacon and literally 3 cherry tomatoes and 3 slivers of onion.(See picture I posted). I could have gotten a way better pre-made salad down the street at Safeway, for half the price.
