I’ve had good experiences here. The office staff are welcoming, my hygienist, Cheynne, was friendly and did a great job on cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Andre took time to chat with me during my exam and answer all my questions. They’re very clear about what’s covered by my insurance, which I appreciate. One thing which was not great: they don’t book a cleaning when you schedule a new-patient appointment, just x-rays and an exam, but the lady at their central scheduling office – while very sweet – did not mention this. They were able to get me in for a cleaning a week later, but it would have been WAY more convenient to get it all done at once. I believe they will schedule a longer x-ray/exam/cleaning combo if you request it, but it’s not their standard practice.

Front desk was rude. Dental assistant was angry and had a generally unhappy demeanor. When I wanted my x-rays to switch dentists, it costs $ 25 to get a digital copy that they could easily email to you for free. I don’t like that they are charging for something that I have already paid for and are technically mine.

This was my first time at this location, so extra paperwork was required prior to my scheduled appointment today. The office manager, Stacy, reviewed the filled-out paperwork, noticed that I missed a signature block, and very politely advised me. My appointment started on-time with Nadia taking a full-set of x-rays. I was very impressed with the updated technology to provide a better dentist-experience. Following this, Audrey took a look at my gums, gave me some info… then cleaned them. In short, I was very impressed with Dr. Edwards technicians and staff… very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this location.

Be careful of Bright Now Dental. I have been going there for about four years now and have always uncomfortable with their level of «sales pitches.» Every time you turn around they are trying to sell you flouride treatments, more x-rays than you need and whatever else they can squeeze out of you. Also, their one staff hygienist is a very strange guy. I have told him several times now that I don’t like on certain thing that he does and ask him not to do it. I’ve seen him for cleanings many times now and he still just keeps doing it. Then he gets mad at me for not wanting it. Also, he is a very creepy guy. My wife says«he just gets my scary meter going all the time.» The dentists are nice and seem fairly competent and would probably be just fine for the basic of dental care like fillings and such. But, for anything serious I would seek out a second opinion. Seems like a bit of a chop-shop.
