The food is amazing! Absolutely love the pineapple brined pulled pork! Not to mention the brewery they are teamed up with makes a perfect pair!
I decided to make a day of it and went ahead and indulged on both food and beer. In addition to the pulled pork I was able to try some of the miggidy mac daddy Mac & Cheese, the cream cheese egg rolls, and even though I don’t normally eat crawfish, I thought, what the heck? everything else is so delicious I’ll try the crawfish won tons too! Not one single thing failed to delight my taste buds. If I had room, I would have tried everything. There is magic happening in that food truck and if you didn’t know, now you know. Check it out!

I got the tri-​tip bourbon sandwich, um bomb! I also shared with friends the crawfish won-​tons and had to order a second batch. This place is awesome, the price is right and the food is even better-!

Try everything! The chicken is smokey and moist, the tri tip is Insanely flavorful and the pork is to die for. All for a very reasonable price I might add. Hell they sold out of most of their menu within 4 hours of being open! We showed up for their grand opening yesterday and the scene was hot! The cart is located on the same property as Gigantic brewing and it’s a match made in heaven. How can you possibly ignore the smell of sugarcane smoked chicken as you sip your beer in the precious Oregon summer sunshine? After a few beers you’ll definitely get a hankerin’ for some of that smokey goodness. With any new food cart, I’m sure they will tweak the menu and hours a little bit to find the right balance but I’ll come back to do some recon and update y’all with a more thorough report.

A solid 3.5, but this was their first weekend open so you gotta cut them some slack. The chicken was deliciously smoked, maybe a bit too salty, but that helps the beer go down. The veggie burger, mac and cheese, and slaw were standard, a-​ok.
