Just bought a new 435 coupe from this BMW store. Had an awesome experience here. My salesman Greg Z was just excellent. I buy all my cars from Greg because he is simply the best in the business.
The finance manager Brent Cheney got me a great deal on my lease terms and was great at explaining all my options to make sure I got the best payment that i could afford.
This is a classy dealership with a well trained team of people. Looking for a new BMW, GO HERE!!! Ask for Greg Z and you’ll get a level of service you don’t see very often. Great experience all the way around!

I always have a good experience both on the sales side and service. Between myself and family members multiple cars have been purchased here with no complaints. It’s how you would hope these types of transactions go, painless.

I am writing this review for a friend as he doesn’t have a Unilocal account. Mike (my friend) received a letter dated January 1^st, 2016 for 15% off any recommended service. He had taken his BMW into Portland BMW on November 17^th, 2015 and received a quote of $ 2,057.32 for recommended service. When Mike called to scheduled the service with the 15% off, the girl answering had no knowledge of this promotion.
After a very frustrating time on the phone, Mike finally ended the call and made contact with another BMW service company. By the way, both Mike and his wife drive BMW’s. It’s too bad a company will take the time and expense to mail out a selected promotion and then have incompetent people fielding these calls.
He will never use Portland BMW again.

Just stopped by to get my tire replaced due to a nail in my run flat tire. Eron the service consultant handled everything and had me in and out. Highly recommend.

They failed to disclose that the used car they sold me had previously been in an accident.
I brought it in to them for the ‘inspection’ maintenance (which they charge $$$ for). Apparently the cooling system was shot and there were two severe oil leaks, along with air bag malfunctions. They quoted me $ 6k for repairs. Of course, the repairs included things like replacing a perfectly functioning water pump just so that, «It’ll be under warranty so if it goes bad in the future, you’ll just have to pay labor costs.» Such a scam: pay for parts and labor now, when it’s not necessary, just so that you can pay for labor again later if it breaks.
So I took the car elsewhere to trade it in for something else. The Toyota dealership on NE Broadway informed me that the Z4 had been in an accident in Miami 4 years before I bought it. That was news to me because BMW Portland failed to disclose that information despite being required by law to do so.

I didn’t need a new car. Really. But I was curious to weigh my options of a new lease, or to keep my 2010 3-​series which had low miles. I admit, I was a little bored with it… plus I wanted something with all-​wheel drive that I could take anywhere and that my 100lb lab could get into easily since she’s now a senior citizen and getting in/​out of the back seat of my 3 has proven to be challenging because the doors don’t open all the way out — making her jump in at an angle. It ain’t pretty. I really wanted an X1 because it would give me the room for her, but still be sporty like my car.
I’ve bought my last 4 BMWs through Greg Zuccarello, and he always managed to find me exactly what I want/​need. This time, I told him I was just weighing my options and wanted his opinion. Needless to say, he found me the exact car I wanted with all the features I had asked for (and some extras I didn’t even know existed — thanks BMW!) and it was a no brainer for me. That night I went in to pick it up (Merry Christmas to me!). Greg is professional and showed me all the details of the car, helped me set up my iphone. It was a completely seamless delivery from walking in the door, to signing the paperwork with finance and finally getting in my gorgeous new car which I LOVE. Thanks to BMW Portland, but especially Greg (and Brett in finance) for making everything so smooth.

This is not the first BMW dealership we went to nor our first BMW buying experience, but it sure looks like David Padgalskas from BMW Portland will be where we will go for all future purchases! We reached out to David, told him about the frustrations we experienced with other (local to us) dealerships and he immediately understood what were after and how he could make that work. Just a hand full of emails, one visit and we sealed the deal! Everybody at BMW Portland were extremely pleasant to deal with, courteous and professional. After we agreed on the terms and conditions, we were introduced to our car by a Genius who walked us through the latest technology, explained everything very well, and topped off the car while we completed the sales contract with the financing department. All in all — the dealership and David — are a HUGE STEP above all the others I dealt with in the past! I have a problem with cars. I can’t stop getting one every few years.
We recently moved to Portland and realized we didn’t need two larger cars if we drove less than 10 miles a day.
David Padgalskas made it really easy for me to get out of my current BMW lease into an i3. He was amazingly upfront without any games. I made him my best offer, and he took it. Easy peasy. Also worked with David Sprigg upon delivery who was also patient and genuine.
I’m glad there’s finally a BMW dealer a short distance from us that we can trust. The i3 definitely won’t be the last car we get from these guys.

Portland BMW did not deal with us in a trustworthy manner regarding our purchase of a certified pre-​owned BMW. We purchased a certified BMW from this dealership – with the guarantee from the pre-​owned sales manager that it had not been wrecked or repainted. The Carfax was clean and we asked all the right questions. By accident, we just found out that it has had body work and they knew about it prior to selling. Integrity matters – especially in the used car business. We encourage you to avoid this BMW dealership.

Bought a 2016 3 series from David P at BMW Portland from Texas (out of state purchase with PCD delivery). Transparent no nonsense experience from beginning to end.

I purchased a new M4 from David P. at this dealership. I live in Texas and basically purchased the over email. I knew what I wanted and David gave me a great deal. I did european delivery and then performance center pickup. An amazing experience. Everything with the car buying process went very smoothly as well as both pickups. I had constant communication from David throughout the process.
I would 100% recommend him to you as I did to a few other people I know.

The service at BMW Portland is amazing ! Andrew and Wally have assisted me and they are fantastic! Sean is the service rep I have worked with and he has been amazing. On May 22^nd, 2015, me and my wife stepped into this dealer to shop a 5 series in mind, but after test drive, my wife thought it’s too big for her but a 135i caught her attention and she fell in love with 135i after test drive So we bought her and drove it and parked in the garage. I tried to input garage information to the car but failed. So I called and asked how to do to the sales man who helped us all through buying procedures His name was WALLY van SCHELT.
To my surprise, instead of giving instructions on the phone he showed himself up at my home and set up everything I needed, garage connection, phone setup,. This new car was our third car and we had to park one of ours on the street for a whole month since we had one month long vacation to Hawaii and we had only 2 car garage. Wally told me he could kept one of my car on his place during my vacation, So I did drive one of my car and handed over the car key to him the very next day. A week later we flew over to Hawaii and started enjoying our vacation. A couple weeks later, my son knew the situation and offered he would keep my car at his home and he contacted Wally saying he would come to pick up the car. But my son did not show up on promised day, Wally drove my car followed by his colleague and drop it at my son’s house .
I am 70 years old man and during my life, numerous cases, I have had contacted car sales persons. But I have never saw or even heard of such a sales person in my life.
He even tried help me get services and also helped me get licence plates.
If there are any person who are interesting in buying BMW, ask for Wally. No need to look any further. Period.

In the morning, I went to this dealership to buy new parts for my BMW. When I got into their parking lot, it was packed. An employee came up to me and told that I can park in this tight space where it was next to a wall. Because he is an employee, I listened to him. As confident as he was, he navigated me to park. While I was following his hand gestures and his directions, I hear the scraping sounds on my right side of my car. It was the sound of my right doors scraping another BMW’s bumper. I immediately stopped and got out of the car to check how bad the damage was. The employee that was navigating me came over and said «OH SHIT». He immediately left to speak with his female manager (maybe another employee). As I grief for 5 minutes, the BMW guy and the manager did not bother coming to talk to me, instead THEY WALKED AWAY. Leaving me responsible for the damage.
This was my worst experience with this dealership. Because I trusted a guy in BMW uniform in navigating me to park, I was left with a guy dent car. It was very unprofessional for that guy to leave me alone and have me handle the stress. Overall, DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THE EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS THERE. EVEN THOUGH THEY WEAR THEIR UNIFORM, SOME OF THEM DOESNT HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO. THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO SAVE THEM FROM GETTING FIRED.

Nathan at the BMW Servicing was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in great detail. I ended up trading my BMW for a different car.
I would definitely recommend them as they know BMW’s for sure!

If you liked being ignored, this is the place to go. I’ve read the reviews and should have stuck by it. I literally ended up walking out of this dealership. I don’t mind waiting, but with no form of acknowledgement at all, is horrible customer service in my book. Thanks, but no thanks!

I love cars! I buy cars, like I buy shoes, with passion! This would be my 2^nd BMW. One reason we stopped here 1^st instead of going straight to the 1^st dealer we went to, was because it was closer to our home, and we just wanted to see what they’ve got. Since this will be my car, I did all my research online before deciding what style, brand, colors, comparing one after another. I knew what I wanted! I was prepared. Yes, I was comparing apples to apples, if you get my grip.
I let my husband did the test-​driving, since he’ll be driving MY car 90% of the time. Sale was fast, and I’m ready to go home. I’m happy with the purchase.
Why minus the star? We were told: we’ll be getting a survey about our new purchase, and anything below 10 would be failing. Felt pressured already, so I gave every questions a 10!
Yes, I’m not being honest, but that’s why, I’m giving minus a star HERE!
UPDATE: We waited almost 2 months for our license plates. We were gone for 3 weeks on a Road Trip, and was anxious, that it didn’t arrive with the rest of our mails. Today, I called the DMV and asked why the delay? My husband called BMW before, he said they’ve already sent in the paperwork! But the DMV couldn’t find any paperwork or information on the 2015 car, and asked me to call back the BMW dealer, to ask them WHEN exactly they sent it in, and WHERE. So, I just called BMW Portland, and after being put on hold for several minutes, I was told, they have it, and she will be mailing it in.

I am a long time BMW driver. I’ve owned I’ve owned 9 so far. I have purchased 4 from BMW Portland and is the best dealerships. Admittedly I love BMWs but check out my review of Kuni I don’t always love the dealers.
SA: Jared Schafer — I have purchased 3 cars from him. You won’t find a nicer lower pressure upfront sales person.
SC: Nathan Forster — Extremely knowledgeable and treats you right. Always explains repairs in an easy to understand way. Never a pressure for a sale.
SC: Ingrid Jackson — knowledgable, and hard working. She really shows how much she cares you and your car getting the experience that you and it deserves. She even cleaned my wheels by hand because the had a bit of break dust on them.
BMW Genius: Eric Devier — Always available to answer any questions and has even offered to come out to my house to program the in car garage door openers. Even when you feel like you know the car, Eric usually has a little extra to add and make your BMW experience better.
Everyone I have dear with are BMW enthusiast.
