Kim Kramer was prompt and completed the inspection in the time he outlined. I truly felt he inspected all details of our home and we came away with a thorough, but concise report of what exactly the condition of our home is in. His explanations were easy to follow and understand and I was able to pinpoint concern areas. I very much value his experience and professionalism. I definitely will use him again and recommend him to friends and family needing an inspection. Thank you, Kim!

Kim did a great job with our home inspection. Seemed very knowledgeable in all aspects of home building and maintenance. Very respectful of our home. Even wore shoe «outer socks» so no dirt was tracked into the house. Explained the whole inspection process in detail and did an excellent thorough inspection. We would definitely use him again.

Kim was responsive, helpful, and thorough — and a thoroughly nice guy. I’m planning to do some work on my SE Portland 1905 bungalow, so I was hoping to learn where to focus my energy and money. Kim did a wonderful job inspecting my house, and believe me there was a lot to inspect. I came away feeling like I could appropriately prioritize my repairs. Thanks, Kim!
