It is surprisingly difficult to find an expert wallpaper hanger these days, and I got a little nervous during my search because I had two gorgeous rolls of flocked damask wallpaper requiring paste application, and no idea how to apply it to the wall myself. Fortunately, I found Blue Sky. Ed is a very thorough, professional perfectionist, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you want to hire a wall treatment expert to help make your decorating dreams come true, look no further.

I was given a referral for Blue Sky by an employee at Sherwin Williams for someone to hang my wallpaper. He’s been in the business over 20 years. Yesterday was install day and it came out beautiful! I am very happy. They were thorough and took their time to be sure and get it right. He is a little hard to understand on the phone, but hang in there because he brings with him years of experience and a positive attitude. He calculated the amount of wallpaper I would need in advance and I realized I was one roll short so I was able to order it and get it back in time to make our install date. Thank you Blue Sky! (He also takes down wallpaper and does painting. If you want to hire a local guy that isn’t affiliated with big business, he’s a sure bet.)

I’ve worked with Ed on several different projects over the years from commercial to residential, basements to attics, kitchens to art galleries… Every time a project comes up involving the hanging or removal of wallpaper, or professional painting, he is my guy. I’d recommend him to anyone. A long time Portlander who truly cares about every wall he finishes. Highly recommended.
