Back in my wonderful married days, we bought several cars with Doug Blizzard, and it never really felt like buying anything; it was more like hanging out with a bestie who just happens to have a vehicle you want in your garage. I just purchased another car from Doug, and honestly I could not ask for a better car buying experience or a better friend to buy it from. Blizzard motors is the only place I would recommend for anyone to purchase a used vehicle from. The cars are hand picked by an enthusiast owner, and it’s just a really great experience. I highly recommend buying here

Doug Blizzard went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a great experience buying a car from him. He drove the car to our house, delivered the paperwork to the DMV on a deadline for us because we were moving and even paid for an extra key out of pocket, when the previous owner wasn’t able to deliver it. Bottom line is Doug Blizzard was a man of his word and really cared about his reputation and delivering what he promised and for that we’re very grateful. We also love the new car we bought from him. It’s been a month now and it rides great and has never given us any problems.

Our car buying experience with Doug was exemplary from beginning to end. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and worked with us to get us the best deal on financing. Since the car also needed a few things done to it before he handed it off to us, he offered to hand deliver the car to our home that night after everything was fixed so that we could have our car in a timely manner! On top of all that, he was hilarious and made the entire sales process pleasurable! Highly recommend Doug for your next car purchase!

Selma 1965? My husband and I stopped by after a nice diner Friday afternoon and decided to check some of the vehicles at Blizzard Motors. Mr. Blizzard came out and treated as rude as you can be. He was practically running out of the lot. I am a latina executive and my husband is a Hawaiian business man who owns 5 successful business. But Mr. Blizzard looked at us and past incredible judgment. Do not sponsor this bigoted business!!!

Our car buying experience with Doug was exemplary from initial contact all the way through to post-​sale support. He was detailed in his responses, thorough and professional and even went out of his way to pick us up at the airport on a Sunday to test drive and buy our X5.
30-​days post sale, we had a couple of issues with the car. I reached out to Doug and he was completely accommodating in making sure we were all happy with the final outcome. Could not possibly ask for more in a car dealer — now I understand why he has so repeat business!

I just bought a car from Doug at Blizzard Motors and I am happy and satisfied with the whole experience. They were closed for the 4^th of July weekend when we called, but Doug said as long as we were serious buyers and weren’t just window shopping, he would come out and show us the car.
The car was great, but we still had a couple more on our list that we wanted to look at. I thought for sure Doug would try to pressure us when we left, since we did make him come out on his day off an all. But he didn’t. He was as friendly and helpful when we left as he was when we first showed up.
After looking around a bit more, we came back the next day and bought the car from Doug. The transaction was smooth and easy. We paid a little more than I wanted to, however, the car on his lot was the cleanest and nicest of any of the other ones we looked at (about 12). Doug appears to only buy/​sell the best/​cleanest cars.

Got my first car here, a Subaru Baja Turbo. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! Most friendly and personable car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Doesn’t breath down your neck and try to force a sale on you. Paperwork was quick and easy, ended up staying longer just talking about Muscle cars. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Doug this week, and I could not have been more pleased with the transaction. His expertise on the vehicle was amazing, and he was very friendly and easy going about us test driving it. He was generally interested in our lives and what we would use the car for.
The condition of the vehicles he had were superb. You can tell he is very selective about what he offers his clients. The car we ended up going with was a great price and was exactly what we were hoping for when we started this process.
We went to a few other dealers to see similar cars, and although they were alright, Blizzard was by far the best. Bad used car dealers can give the business a negative connotation. It’s guys like Doug who make you realize that there are people who put customer service above all else. Our interaction with Doug was so great, we plan on referring him to our friends and using him for future car purchases.

From start to finish including test driving, trading in my vehicle and buying the car that I loved, Doug was just exceptional! From our first meeting I knew he was just a great and trustworthy person.
He is extremely well read in the top notch imports he sells and in simple conversation was able to tell me at which thousand mile mark my car would need a timing belt — none of the «Let me check the service manual» business, he just knew.

Great place! Found my new ride by complete accident in a sea of expensive looking cars. There was my car nice and shiny silver Ford Escort yr2000. You could tell she was taking care of very well came with yellow envelope full of everything that the previous owner had done to her. Took it for a test drive fell in love within 5 minutes I believe we were out of there. Doug has awesome energy so happy that we had met him that day… Made my first car buying experience a wonderful memory. thank you so much!

I spent 22 years in the automobile business and had they opportunity to meet a lot of fantastic people in the industry. That said, Doug is a standout.
I have had many B2B transaction with Doug Blizzard over the years and have observed a gentleman of high integrity, a deep concern for his customers and just an all around «do the right thing» business model.
He knows his customer base well and goes out of his way to select the inventory and as a hands on independent owner/​operator his success is well earned.

There are very few car salesman I trust. Doug Blizzard is the exception. We have purchased over 8 cars from Blizzard Motors. We will, I’m sure, be buying more from him in the future. We haven’t purchased this many cars from him because they were «clunkers», on the contrary, we are «car-​a-​holics». We love cars. Especially, exotic sports cars. We believe that cars are tools and that each one serves a special purpose. Doug has always been honest and truthful with us. Because of the trust we’ve developed from doing years of business with Doug, we have become friends. Now, how many car salesmen can you say that about?

If there were an award for the best used car salesman in the world, Doug Blizzard would have my vote. There is no one more deserving. I recently had the opportunity to purchase a car from him. Not only do I love the car, but I can say unequivocally it was the best car-​buying experience of my life. I saw an ad online for a car at Doug’s dealership. Given the distance away (I live in San Diego, CA) my husband and I bombarded Doug with many questions about the vehicle. Doug patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He even went out in the rainstorm to inspect the car for scratches or dings (there weren’t any). At our request he shuttled the car over to a Lexus dealer so we could obtain a «second opinion» car inspection. He offered us a «handshake» deal (promising not to sell it out from under us), and he kept his word. He picked me up at the airport and treated me very kindly. He is a man of integrity. I highly recommend Doug Blizzard and Blizzard Motors.

I agree 100% with Frank… This was THE EASIEST vehicle purchase I have ever made. The part that took the longest was me deciding to actually buy the car… everything else was easy and very quick.
