Bistro catered our wedding reception today and we couldn’t wait to get on here and give them the recognition they deserve!
We had a BBQ style buffet and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was AMAZING, and the staff was so helpful. Julie was great and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Also, the food was a great price and we had tons of leftovers! Yum!

Julie Ferchland is FABULOUS! After we first met with her we knew she was the one to cater our wedding. I’m Caucasian and my fiancé is Vietnamese. Both of our families are «Foodies.» We were trying to find someone to cater our wedding who could work with both of our family tastes and cultures. Julie was able to create an Oh So YUMMY asian infused coursed dinner. I’m not over exaggerating, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!
Not only did Julie hold our hand and walk us through the process. She also listened to us and emailed us ideas when she had free time to help with our wedding planning and menu planning. She welcomed us to two open house dinners. We got to sample items that would be on our menu and other items that are popular with other events.
Their presentation was very modern and beautiful. The staff is top notch. Julie, Dennis and Brian are so much fun! They are so enjoyable to be around and you won’t want to leave each time you meet with them. They really can take a stressful situation and turn it into Fun with lots of laughter.
Also note that Bistro Catering has a wonderful commercial kitchen. It is very very CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. You will be amazed. It will be the first thing Julie shows you when you meet with her.

We are so happy that we used Bistro Catering & BBQ for our wedding 4−16−11! Julie from Bistro Catering is fabulous to work with! She will treat you like royalty throughout the entire process. We chose a comfort food menu of BBQ brisket, a baked potato bar, corn bread, baked beans, Caesar salad and fruit. She will work with any budget and they will cut your cake with no additional charge! No $ 1+ per slice cake cutting fee here! They also provide containers to take home any leftovers that there may be. Give Julie a call and she will schedule a tasting for you. Bistro catered our recent wedding and everyone absolutely loved the food.
We went to an open house just before the wedding and everything they had available was super delicious.
I am a caterer’s worst nightmare and they were super sweet through all of my questions and requests.
They have a smoker so we took advantage of that and got slow-​smoked pull pork. We asked them to mark the allergens of each dish which they happily did. Also, when I fell down the stairs and sprained an ankle right before our first tasting appointment, Julie brought the food to our house! She had great venue recommendations too. They were a joy to work with.
I only wish it could have all been grass-​fed /​pastured /​local, etc., but we met ‘that caterer’ too and we liked Julie better! In fact, our favorite farm didn’t have a butcher date early enough or Julie probably would have accommodated me there too.
