A BR31… in an airport??? WOW!!! YES!!! I LOVE flying into Portland for work now that this is here.
It is a standard BR31 — 2 – 3 coolers with ice-​cream, 1 cashier/​scoop-​master, a blender, and a cash register… nothing too crazy.
Double-​scoop, Mint Choc-​Chip, Sugar Cone. Done. :)

You can never go wrong with a scoop of their rainbow sherbet. It’s the same thing I have been getting since the age of 3. I think because it was cold outside, no one else wanted ice cream. My flight was delayed and I thought an ice cream on a cone would keep me company!
