Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

What more to say than this is a Baskin Robbins. They’ve been around for a hundred. They’ve got hella flavor of ice cream and since it’s a franchise it’ll always taste the same no matter where you have it. This time I had the raspberry sour patch kids. Oh yes, it was the bees knees! I absolutely loved it. It’s sweet but tart. I really liked the pieces of raspberry sour patch kid and the vanilla compliments it all perfectly. The workers here were very nice. I think they would’ve let me try every flavor if I wanted lol I tried 5 when I found the raspberry sour patch kid. It doesn’t hurt that we can walk to this place in two minutes but it doesn’t help any either lol You can get a kids size if you just want a taste and it’s still a decent size. We’re not large ice cream eaters so for us a taste is more than enough. We really like that they offer that.
Seating is limited here but I’m guessing they never get too many ppl in all at once.

This is my favorite Baskin robbins! All the staff are really nice and willing to let you sample before choosing. I never feel rushed in this store. Most of the people will give you their honest opinion on flavors. Even when it’s really busy they keep smiles on their faces and are super friendly trying to make it a pleasant experience. If you come in 5 minutes before they close they do seem off put, but who wouldn’t be? I know if I were trying to leave I wouldn’t want to have to wait for this last customer to decide. This is a very clean and friendly environment. Would recommend to everyone who loves ice cream.

HORRIBLE service, untrained staff. My shake was overly-​watered down with at least 40% milk, AFTER I asked to have it made extra thick! When I asked the confused girl to remake it for me, she starred 10 seconds before the manager finally came over to see what the problem was. The girl, who I assume is extremely new and working on her people skills, shifted her gaze from myself to the cup and back to me; she did not utter a word to me, except a sound of «uuhhhh…», let alone apologize for her confusion and error. I wasn’t mad or rude, just wanted my $ 7 ice cream shake made of ice cream not milk! I believe they charge more than enough for the quality of what the customer actually receives!
They won’t be getting my business again!

Great little BR. Helpful staff and typical BR menu. Parking os helpful, but there is a lot of neighborhood traffic from time to time, so do a drive by firat if you are planning to try to eat in. Solid franchise.

Totally screwed up daughters cake order for her 4^th birthday, then didn’t honor the discount they said they would give. Ice cream sucks too. It’s a chain what can you expect.

This Baskin-​Robbins isn’t bad it’s the same as all others one person working behind the counter you waiting about three minutes to get your good ice cream but it’s good

My family has been stopping in here for years. The ice cream haas always been good. The current management has also been very good. However, I write today because of some wonderful service today.
Rebecca and I stopped in today to order an ice cream cake for a birthday. Since we walked and it was hot, we ordered ice cream. Rebecca paid with my credit card. I gave her my wallet. She placed it on the small table between the two of us. Of course, she assumed I saw it and I never did. It was two hours later when we realized my wallet was on that table. I drove back and the crew had rescued it and saved me from lots of embarrassment and trouble.
My thanks to the crew. They are always helpful. They saved my bacon today. Come in, spend some money and let them know what a great job they do.

Kid size available but go ahead and splurge! I grew up on Baskin-​Robbins and you’re not going to be blown away with interesting crazy flavors. You’re going to get your usual flavors. The girls working there were so friendly and patient. I like to take my kids to this place just for the nostalgia of it.

It’s ice cream, what can I say? This store was a little packed when I came but it didn’t take too long to get my ice cream. The employees were super nice and friendly.

Friendly staff greeted us as soon as we entered the store. Both of the young ladies were cleaning and wiping down tables ans othe surfaces as we walked up and during our time enjoying our sundaes.

I work down the street from this particular location, and while I don’t frequent it often (ice cream is a huge weakness, and I have to be strong, or else I’d be there everyday!) this location has always been very friendly and the store immaculate. Everyone who I have ever come across working there has been friendly, courteous and very patient (I sometimes take awhile to make a decision). They are always very kind about letting me try different flavours, and I have never felt rushed by them. So if you’re craving ice cream, and are indecisive like me, go to this location. You’ll get great service, and tasty ice cream.
If you’re unfamiliar with Baskin Robbins (doubtful unless you childhood was awful), I would suggest trying their Very Berry Strawberry or their Daiquiri Ice, both are delicious and my favourite. That being said, I don’t think I’ve ever had a flavour that I didn’t enjoy.

Baskin-Robbins…If you grew up in the 70’s or 80’s, this was probably the ice cream shop of your youth. We didn’t have no fancy pants Haagen Dazs or Cold Stone or FroYo places back then.
Jeez, I realize that made me sound like a total geezer. What’s next? «We had to walk barefoot in the snow, uphills both ways to get to Baskin-​Robbins back then.»
Look, Baskin has consistently been serving the same decent ice cream for longer than I’ve been alive. I’m going to safely estimate I’ve been in Baskin-​Robbins shops at least 100 times in my lifetime.
This franchise is no better, no worse. It’s a clean, decent shop that I’ve been in a handful of times.
AND…like every other Baskin-​Robbins, they have those scary pre-​made «Clown Ice Cream Cones» that I have never, EVER seen anyone order or eat. They just sit there in the freezer, daring you to take them home.
But if you do, don’t forget to eat them before you go to bed. They might come to life and do stuff to you while you’re asleep.
You know what I’ve talking about.
I hate clowns.

I have tried to come here a few times, but someone always manage to come right when the workers are mopping the floor. You know, not quite closing time, but I don’t want to be that customer.
Finally made it an hour before closing and the BF and I got our perspective cones. I’m a Pistachio girl, and he likes cookie dough.$ 10.00 later (WTF!) we had our kind of okay icecream, and about 2 minutes two long of listening to two high school girls sing along to songs and annoy the shit out of us.
I don’t get it Baskin Robbins Ice cream isn’t good. Can I at least get a Ben and Jerry’s in this neighborhood? Why must I go to Hawthorne and put up with the street kids playing pan flutes!

This is a good shop we’ve logged a lot of hours here — not as many as my brother –in law (he’s got the metabolism of a 5 year old) but we’ve put our time in.
This is a good go to spot — friendly people — neighborhood feel — pretty consistent. — a classic some would say — great hours, open early enough to prepare for your fix and late enough for that unforeseen pregnancy craving.
Its a classic for a reason
