Barron’s Auto Sales, LLC

I recently bought two vehicles from Barron’s and was very pleased with the process. The sales person who I worked with. Adrian, was informative, low pressure, and very easy to communicate with. The negotiation and closing process with Teresa Barron was also very easy. We negotiated a deal that was fair to both of us: I got a great car and work truck at a good price and Barron’s made some money!
Be aware that dealers are buying vehicles at auction and only some are putting the work in to ensure that you’re not leaving with a lemon. Based on what I saw, I think that Barron’s is a dealer that will put the time and energy into every vehicle to make sure their customers are getting a good car. The price you end up paying is up to you and used cars have issues, but I don’t think these guys are letting bad cars leave their lot.

A couple months ago we were in the market for a new vehicle. We found a Highlander Hybrid at Barron Auto! It was the EASIEST car buying experience ever. They worked with our budget, they let us take the car to get checked out and they even went above and beyond to fix a minor issue with the head light. The car has SUPER clean and has been running like a champ. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them1

Let me explain. I know that when you purchase a vehicle especially one that is very low priced, and 20 years old there will be a few problems you encounter. It’s to be expected. This happened to us when we first had a blowout with our tire, that lead to over $ 800.00 in issues. This was all fixed and we thought everything was good to go. It wasn’t and we were certain that we had a lemon on our hands.
I made a call to Barron’s and explained everything that had happened and what was happening now. Instead of «so sad too bad, as is no warranty», they were very understanding and very willing to correct the issues.
Long story short, everything that we knew of that needed to be repaired was done, in addition to things that were found while making the repairs. They didn’t have to do this but they did. I know for certain that this was not a money making deal for them as the repairs were almost as much as the car. The point is, they fixed it, made it right and proved that they stand by their word and are honest hard working people who truly believe in making the customer happy. I have purchased dozens of cars in my life many new and a few used. I would without hesitation make a recommendation to visit Barron’s and see the staff there. Unlike many «used car sales» tactics that are employed elsewhere, these people want nothing more than to have happy customers. It’s easy to do when everything goes right. It’s truly more impressive when it doesn’t.
If your ever are on auto row on 82^nd in Portland/​Happy Valley or whatever they call it, stop in at Barron’s and give them a chance!
