Awful place, stereotypical used car salesmen. I called about a specific truck and asked if it had any issues, I’m in Seattle, about 3 hours away. The man says nope, everything seems good on the truck. I’m not stupid, the price was low, so I expected some issues. My boyfriend drives 3 hours, gets in the truck and drives in less than a mile. It really needed to be junked. ABS warning light came on, clutch was toast, brake warning light then came on. The doors didn’t line up and he couldn’t get them closed again, air conditioning didn’t work, heater didn’t warm up past slightly warm etc.
If you guys had been honest it would have saved me and my boyfriend time, effort and gas. Instead you tried to sucker us and you get yet another bad review on Unilocal

I went in to see all of their vehicles they had for sale. We agreed to trade our vehicles straight across and they tried to lowball me into something valued way lower. They’re unfaithful in their word and regardless they’ll try to rip you off. I’m very unsatisfied with the service I was provided and would not recommend them to anyone.

Easy and personable service. Sales team are friendly enough. However, I purchased a total lemon of a diesel ram truck from these guys. After spending almost 5k in previous repairs, I have now found out that the fuel injectors are faulty. At $ 500 a piece (6 times), I can no longer be silent about this serious abuse of poor sales/​business practice. Buyer be ware! Autolane does sell used cars for a competitive price, but the quality and longevity of those cars are ruined — which reflects Autolane’s reputation. Quite simply, Autolane sells damaged goods that needs repair. After many lost dollars, and sleepless nights, I could not be more un-​satisfied with my purchase from Autolane. Keep away from them like the Black Plague!
