Hello,
I was looking for a residential fire and burglary safe. I stopped by a couple of lock/​safe shops and had a pretty good experience at all of them. I worked with Dale at Allied and he not only took the time to really teach me about safes but kept the store open late to do it. He was able to find something that met my needs and fitted my price point. He also helped me out on another issue with my trucks ignition at no-​charge. Really good customer service.

Allied is an outstanding company. We’ve been using them at our residence for over 20 years now. We’ve had them install two systems for us and both times they were prompt and professional at giving the estimates and the prices were competitive. Throughout the years, their cost for monitoring service has been very competitive too. We’ve had mulitple false alarms and one that was a break in. They are prompt and professional every time. We have also used them for our smoke alarms and vault and they’ve never offered anything less than excellent service.

Just bought a safe from allied they delivered it and installed in one day the price was very reasonable and the two guys they sent out were the most professional I ever seen they were even five minutes early and cleaned up afterwards I just want to say thanks very much your customer rich

The estimator tried to up-​sell me by claiming the need for excessive and expensive services allegedly required by the «jurisdiction» and subject to «fines.» Three other local shops – each in business more than 20 years – confirmed the estimator was feeding me a line of BS. Use caution when dealing with this company. The estimator is probably paid on commission.
On the good side, the estimator was prompt and responded quickly. And if I had complained to the company owner, I probably would have received a more scrupulous response. Thus 2 stars.

The estimator wasted my time. I never received a written estimate and when I called the office they just passed me off until I left a message that they never returned. Really hard to work with, sloppy attitude and no outcome. Two thumbs way down!
