Needed to replace some nasty carpet but for some reason reviews about flooring places are hard to come by.
Jerry and the staff at J/​K Carpet Center were patient, informative, and not pushy! I needed flooring that could handle water and pets well so the staff there suggested plank vinyl (which is holding up great so far). I got quotes at several other places in and around the Salem area and the lowest quote by far care form J/​K Carpet Center.
Jerry set up a time within the week that I decided on my floors and came by and measured the area needed. I got a quote within 24hr and the quote he gave me was very close to the actual final cost. The gentleman who installed the floors was very nice as well. I will definitely be going back to them for any of my other flooring needs!
