I paid for and ordered specialty foam. I have called the store repeatedly does not answer his phone during business hours. There is no voice mail. Am I supposed to spend an hour of my time to drive there and see if it arrived? Really?
I also understand that he closes for lunch for an hour at 2:30? Whatever.

Really friendly guy, wonderful service. I came here to get a memory foam topper for my bed and it is fantastic. Very comfortable and perfect. Definitely recommend coming here.:)

I’ve had some very good experiences with A-​1 Foam.
Memory foam mattresses are way way overpriced if you go to the usual mattress stores. Seriously, Tempur-​Pedic mattresses are way overpriced. A-​1 foam is a great place to get a memory foam mattress that is good for your joints and back without being charged ridiculous retail mark-​up prices.
They also made some new cushions for my couch when the old cushions started to sag.
They’re very helpful, knowledgeable and you can view samples of their memory foam mattresses in their small showroom which is next to the foam shop. Super comfy! It’s great to be able to purchase good mattresses locally directly from a small business that crafts them.

A-​1 has great stuff at extremely reasonable rates, and top notch customer service. I bought a foam mattress and found it too firm, and A-​1 let me exchange it for a lower density one which was perfect. I have recently swapped out my 12-​year-​old Tempurpedic for a medium-​density mattress with a 2-​inch memory foam topper, both from A-​1, and now my bed is fantastically comfortable. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been here numerous time’s and I’d have to say that I recommend this place. The guy heres real friendly and knows his foam. I came here to have a custom made mattress made since I have back problems and I wasn’t looking to spend a grand on temperpedic, the mattress was well made and I don’t regret coming here :)

Nice guy working here and helpful. Not sure yet if it is cheaper here than going direct to an apolstery store. I would recommend calling before going to the store because he will take breaks and close the store and put out a sign when he will return. That is fine but we hit it with almost an hour before he was to return.
It’s been a couple of months since we went but I wanted to decide if we were happy with the outcome. I would have to say so so on the happy part. I think he has basic foam and very quickly it has softened to be close to the original coushins that we were replacing. We only did one of two to test it out. I think our original ones were memory foam.
