we needed our house re-​keyed on a Sunday after my car was stolen with my house keys inside. Chris at 82nd Locksmith answered my call and came way earlier than he thought he would. He worked fast and did an excellent job. He even gave us a discount for paying with cash. But peace of mind is priceless.

Excellent service, pleasant and knowledgeable! Came out and re-​keyed a tricky sliding glass door with a strange gear system lock and left the entire thing operating much better then he found it! Service above and beyond! made my day and left me feeling secure! Thank you! Highly recommend!

This shop was recommended to us by our mechanic as the best place in Portland for lock and key issues. Brought in the back door lock from our 1996 Subaru. The locksmith made new keys for a reasonable price and put the lock back on the back door of the Subaru gratis. Our old keys were very threadbare. Surprise is that the side door now works, and you can open up the back door as well. Amazing! Highly recommended for efficient service.

I called these guys after another locksmith took too long to reply. I had lost the keys to our old truck and didn’t know what to do. Not only were they professional, fast and well priced, they did a great job. In less than an hour, I had new keys to the truck and an explanation for one of our troublesome doors. Definitely a great automotive locksmith.

I drove to the hardware store to have my new key duped, and while I was testing the copies, the ignition lock jammed again. Chris came out on his way home and hotwired the car so I could go home. He removed the lock and took it to his shop, where he gave it a good cleaning and reconditioning. He came by first thing the next morning and installed the lock, and gave me a couple extra copies of the key, too. Then he knocked fifteen bucks of the bill to make it more affordable for me. Well, I added that fifteen back in and shook his hand. Service like that deserves to be rewarded. Call me «very well satisfied.»
