My boyfriend and I stopped in here to get some drinks. This is not the best neighborhood, and we were greeted by some of the locals who were hanging out and living it up at the 7 – 11 because they had nowhere else to go. We got our drinks and left as fast as possible.
The cashier was clearly stressed but he was kind to us and is a bigger person than me because I couldn’t handle that craziness.
Something I’ve never seen at a 7 – 11 before: they had fresh flowers for sale out front. Probably for Valentine’s, but sharing in case it’s a regular service they provide.
