Store clerk cursed at me…
I was sold 2 packs of very bad, STALE «Nat Sherman: Naturals Menthol»; so awful my tongue is tingling and I have a slight headache. When I got home, and upon close inspection, I noticed the pack I’d bought in California, just a week prior to my trip to Portland, and the design on the pack/​box I bought today were different … THAT is how OLD they were. Though the clerk did offer to refund me the cost of the pack that hadn’t been opened when I called back, I had already wasted time, gas, and money. Poor quality is unacceptable; this old product should have pulled from the shelf LONG ago.
I went back to the store this morning, less than 24 hours from the initial purchase. There was a different store clerk, after I explained everything to him, he refused to uphold the agreement. I kept trying to explain to him, and he exclaimed «I don’t want to argue and do this BULLSHIT early in the morning!» I remained calm and had to show him the phone calls on my cell phone to resolve the situation! Wish I could rate with ZERO stars.
