We love the food here… We get salads and pizza here at least twice a month. The service is slow… I’ve always had to wait longer than the time stated for to go orders… With that said, we come back for the food. Service is good, not great, not terrible. Be prepared to wait… It’s worth the wait. We’ve never had s bad meal. Love the crust!

Customer service is really lacking here. There’s a woman who usually works the front counter and takes orders; she treats the customers like they are a burden, and she has something better to do. Hmm… Service is always super slow. We went to get subs one afternoon, and there was only one other customer in there waiting for her order. We ordered our subs, and sat down at a table. 30 minutes later, this customer finally got her order… one slice of pizza. We got our subs after waiting about 40 minutes. Good thing we didn’t have anywhere to be. We felt so bad for that other customer who had been sitting there for so long, waiting for one slice of pizza. No apologies from the staff, no discount, nothing. That’s pathetic in my opinion. We used to order pizza from them(delivery), which was also very slow, but that’s typical I suppose for delivery. The last time I ordered pizza delivery from them, I asked them to double cut the slices, because they are so big, and my daughter was having a sleepover. This must have been a huge insult to them or something, because they completely went overboard by cutting the pizza into 1 inch slivers. They cut the pizza so many times that the center of it turned to a cheesy mush that couldn’t even be eaten. I called them to make a complaint, and got the same nasty, rude woman who is always there, who sarcastically stated, «well you said you wanted smaller slices.» Whoaaa! You sure as hell showed me!!! They really taught me a lesson there… We NEVER ordered a pizza from Seabeck Pizza again after that. Thank you, rude woman, who obviously knows nothing about keeping a customer happy.

We just left and it was a terrible experience. We arrived at 1:20 and didn’t leave until 2:05…for a single pizza and breadstick order TOGO! Not only that but we watched 3 people leave with their pizza orders to go before us and those people all ordered after us. Very very annoying. I won’t go back but I might give the Gig Harbor one a shot.

We’ve eaten here several times and the pizza is consistently good. It would be nice if you could order thin crust in a size other that 14″, but that’s the only option if you want it thin. The location is somewhat annoying since you can’t(or aren’t supposed to…) turn left out of the parking lot. They should also seriously consider investing in blinds for the side windows, since the winter sun shines right in on your face even in the middle of the afternoon.

Driving by for lunch the other day. Saw«pizza by the slice» sign. Was in a hurry but thought I could grab a slice. Walked in looking for pizzas ready and waiting, not. I was told I had to order«a slice» and the would make it. I was already on my way out the door and he convinced me it would only take 5 min, so I waited. Almost 20 min later it was finally ready — I totally should have left long before — went to pay and he said it would be over $ 6 for a single slice!!! When I reacted shocked, he acted like I was the one putting him out. Last time my family or friends ever eat at Seabeck Pizza… any location!

Pizza was good. Although the customer service was not great could have done better.

Ehh ordered pizza to pickup last night and when we got home one pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through or cut up completely. It was the chicken Alfredo with mushrooms, the entire pizza just tasted like mushrooms. We got a Bbq Hawaiian pizza as well and it was overcooked. The crust was really thick, and stale. Would not go back to this place.

Over priced, terrible service(forgot our order), horrible wings… You can get better salad at a fast food place! Just avoid and go up the street half a block to kitsap pizza! It is a million times better.

I decided to give Seabeck Pizza another try. Different location than last time. I had a lunch special of a salad and slice of pizza with 2 toppings(mushroom and Canadian Bacon) with soda for $ 8. I asked for no croutons on salad because last time I couldn’t see the salad. Overall it was a good meal at a reasonable price. The WiFi wasn’t setup right so couldn’t get a good signal.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered a party pizza last night. I chose seabeck pizza because I grew up in seabeck and remember loving the pizza. This was not the pizza I remember, the crust tasted freezer burnt and stale/dry. The toppings were lacking. When we called to try to get something done about it we were hung up on and the second time we called nobody answered. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Only eaten there twice so far(we just moved to Port Orchard), but not a bad pizza joint I really enjoyed the meat lovers pizza.

The pizza is pretty meh. The regular crust is soggy and doughy. Even the ‘thin’ crust is too thick, and soggy. The crust is overwhelmed by the toppings, so the bottom can’t crisp up. Yes folks, there is such a thing as too many toppings — the moisture from the toppings soaks into the uncooked bread, and turns it into a boiled dumpling, rather than a nice bread crust with a little crunch on the bottom. Red sauce tastes off the shelf and canned. The pesto sauce was greasy and flavorless. How the heck do you make tasteless pesto? It’s olive oil, garlic, basil and nuts, after all! We tried this place twice, both times we ordered take out, and both times had the same experience — we called ahead, and ordered. We were told our order would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes after the call on the first occasion, and waited in a near empty restaurant for another 40 minutes for our pie. Second time, we arrived 35 minutes after the call. Restaurant was once again nearly empty — and we waited an hour and a quarter for our pizza. I’m not exaggerating — they are astoundingly slow. I could ALMOST forgive them if the prices were cheap, but considering that a pizza comes in at about thirty bucks with tax, I don’t feel inclined to cut them a lot of slack. We certainly won’t be going back — for the same drive, we can get a pizza from Costco for ten bucks that tastes better, and gets made promptly.

Horrible, horrible pizza. $ 36 for two pizzas(take out) and they were overlooked and just disgusting. You’d be far better off picking up a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I’ll never eat it again.

We love this location. Friendly and fast, it’s a heat place to sit for a while. Thick crust, plenty of cheese without needing extra. Always clean. Delish hot sandwiches.

Where to start. I’m not going to say it was the worst pizza I ever had because I have had microwave pizza from the gas station on a late night drunken hunger desperation. It was however a close second. The crust was dry, the sauce was the same, but with the taste of seasoned ketchup. To top it off a 16“pizza with 4 toppings was $ 28… $ 28 for a pizza, and i’m sorry a verrrrry crappy one at that. At least the delivery girl was quit and friendly. Take some advice from a certified foodie, and take a step or three up and buy Digiorno.

Great crust and generous toppings. We really like this place. We usually order ahead for pick up. They will make with ever you want

I owned a pizza store and Seabeck’s would have surely have been a competition to me. They produce a great pie with fresh and abundant ingredients. My only complaint is the price.

My husband and I have ordered from here twice for delivery. Each time they say about an hour… that seems a bit much, but what can you do right? Well the first time it took a little over an hour, the second time it took an hour and a half! We live less than 10 minutes away, other then being shorthanded… not quite sure why it takes so long?! Good pizza, but be prepared to wait a while for it!

I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s been pretty good. We typically get the meat lovers and the works. I love the thick crust and they do a great job with using a lot of toppings. Their hot wings are also really good. The one miss comes from ordering the Greek once(bad idea). I just thought it tasted weird. Location wise, one thing they really really need to do something about is that you can only turn right when leaving their parking lot. It’s extremely annoying to have to turn right and find a place to turn around so I can go back to my house. This was something they should have worked out when building the place.
