After renting space from this facility for over 3 years, our storage unit was broken into and many items were stolen. 7 units had their locks broke and were ransacked. There’s no way this was a quick break in, the thieves had time, and were able to take multiple loads down the elevator, as we are on the second floor of the building. There ended up being little help from the owners, and the video surveillance cameras they advertise as having were not working, I doubt they ever were. They refused to do anything, and the owner hid behind the storage facility manager who had nothing but «I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do». I do not suggest this place, and will be thrilled when we are finally done with them on Oct 1.
