Burger King

During yesterdays power outage, this half of the side of the intersections was the only one with power.
Going through the drive thru there were about 5 cars ahead of us, and as we moved up, 5 more behind. the line continuously was long! Kudos to all the workers who had to work last night! They powered through all the orders fast! At least your shift went well.
I was a bit bummed when they did not have any more of those black burgers for Halloween or even last night when I wanted to try the Surge slushy, they ran out. But hey you just proved you all know what you all know how to work as a team, therefore contributing to the success of this fast food restaurant!
(I did not rate on the food, because it’s fast food. Here is a place where it’s more about service, then the quality of my ‘fast food’)

I think as fast food goes this location is fine. They are consistent, they willingly customize my order and they are friendly. I like this place. It has a very convenient location a couple of blocks off of 16.

I stop here, on occasion, for a quick bite. It’s fast food. I’ve never had an issue with service, delayed food, or ever seen it dirty. Employees have always been pleasant and have always got my order right. It’s not the Metropolitan Grill and it has prominent signage stating that it is, indeed a Burger King. My observations clearly differ from others and I just don’t have the want nor desire to always be here, so that I can find the perfect moment of chaos to give them 1 star. Maybe I get a superior experience because I’m so damn handsome, charming and, above all else, humble… though I have my doubts. 4 stars.

We were out and about running errands and decided to stop at this Burger King for a quick bite. We thought we couldn’t go wrong by going to Burger King. Boy, were we wrong:
1. I waited almost ten minutes while someone was busy using the only ladies room in the restaurant. I asked the manager if I could use the men’s room and suggested that he check on whoever was in the ladies room. He said okay to my using the men’s room, but did not bother to do anything about the person in the ladies room. After returning to our booth to eat lunch, i saw the the ladies room door open. It was now over 15 minutes. It was a Burger King worker who was just getting off shift and clearly was in the restroom doing her hair (she was carrying her curling iron, change of clothes, and other personal items, which she brought into the Employees Only area. I sure hope she did not go through the kitchen with those things!)
2. Every table in the restaurant was littered with crumbs and mess despite the fact that it was well after 2:00 p.m. and there was no one else in the restaurant but us and only one or two cars in the drive-​thru.
3. Speaking of the drive thru… the car I mentioned sat at the speaker from the time my husband sat down at the booth by the window facing the drive thru to the time we were just finishing our meal. I give that person a lot of credit for being so patient. I don’t think I would have waited that long for «fast food.» Especially, as I mentioned, we were the only customers in the whole place.
4. When we left the restaurant after eating our meal, we ran into three of the employees standing just outside the main entrance smoking and complaining to each other about how incompetent another employee was. Another employee was sitting close by on the curb of the walkway talking on his cell phone. (I guess that’s better than the others who were smoking by the entrance.)
The manager on duty either did not care or had no clue how to manage people and his business. Major issues here! Would never go back again.

Mistakes through the drive through, again. Last time I didn’t call the number on the receipt. This time I did, at 10:30 in the morning, and was hung up on. Won’t listen to my concerns on the phone? Fine. I will write a review on Unilocal.No straws for the kid’s drinks, no ketchup or sauces for their nuggets. No napkins in the bag. Wrong burger. No problem. I won’t be back.

Food is decent and the price is right. The staff is okay not much to say its clean however almost always.
