Avoid this subway at all costs. Today was not only the slowest subway experience on earth but it was also the least friendly. The sandwich took so long to get through the meat portion that I said skip the veggie part and let me get outta here.
I had a previous experience where I promised myself I would never return, rest assured I won’t forget again. The previous time I was charged for the double meat I ordered but was only served single serving. On top of that the cashier refused to acknowledge the mistake.
Done with the Sedgewick Landing Subway.

This is a Subway, yes. But I give them 5 stars because this is my favorite Subway. I don’t go to any others anymore because they can’t compare.
+ LOTS of seating. No matter how busy, it won’t feel crowded.
+ FAST Internet (yay!).
+ Super nice and cheerful staff. The BEST! If any of the ingredients don’t look «good» or you have problems with anything, they will gladly fix it for you.
+ Staff cares about your food — careful and diligent in washing their hands, give great advice and suggestions on toppings/​sauces.
+ Did I mention the great staff?
+ Open 24 hrs.
+ Separate meeting/​group room with some comfy chairs and TV
+ Tea choices, as options instead of usual soda.

This subway has fantastic customer service! The young gal working this morning was friendly (dispute being towards the end of her shift). She was prompt about my order, and cheerful with casual conversation.
I have never had an issue with food received from this location, although this morning the cucumbers looked a little sad.

Bremerton, WA
Ordered a foot-​long club and asked them to leave off everything except for the turkey on half of it for my young daughter. They told me they’d have to ring it up as two 6 inch subs for a total of more than $ 10.
Seems to me that I shouldn’t be charged 25% more because I asked to have 1⁄3 of the ingredients removed from half of the sandwich. Quiznos is only a half mile away in the Fred Meyer shopping center and they have never given me a hassle like that. And their food is better, as well as the service.

A Subway is a Subway — so you know what you’re going to get food wise.
I’m giving this subway four starts due to the great service and the really nice staff that works here. Always prompt and cheerful. It’s isn’t often you get great service in a chain sandwich shop but you’ll get it here.
