The owners and staff are super informative and friendly! After looking at other storage companies in the area, this one was definitely the winner!

I visited all the local storage companies in a five mile radius before choosing Storage etc., Pomona. The facility was clean, secure and thoughtfully designed. The individual units were safe and fully enclosed in metal (some others used plywood or chicken wire). Every unit had sloped entries to resist water. After 5 or 6 years now, I’ve never seen evidence of rodents anywhere on the property. Those are just the facility observations. The people at Storage Etc., Pomona are tremendous! I mean they are always positive, are helpful when asked, but also offer suggestions which I hadn’t thought of. And when the sun is blazing they don’t mind my coming in to get a cold water and using the rest room. GREAT JOB!

Nice clean well managed storage, I called around and picked storage etc because of the managers are efficient and helpful, specials are good too !! All units are drive ups and boy are they clean, the process was quick to the point and no added charges, I will recommend to my friends, thanks guys you made our move easy and stessless.
