When you stop by hopefully Bret is there. (I think I got his name right) he’s way too happy and nice to be in fast food. I’d hire him on my team if I didn’t so far away. I was just passing through Pocatello. He made my day with his enthusiasm.

I recently installed a water softener (with Crystal Water) for this Jack in the Box. Having the opportunity to be in the back room of many restaurants I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was in comparison to all others I have been in, and because of that when I was offered a free meal after working there. I was not afraid to say yes. I’ve been to Jack in the Box several times but I think that was my first breakfast there. It hit the spot! It was a good experience and a pleasure to work with there store manager Gabe. He is obviously a great manager from my experience with him, and how I can see that he runs his restaurant. Thanks for breakfast! #5stars

We have eaten here for over fourteen years.
They always have great deals and good food. Service is usually fast and friendly. They get our orders correct, even large and complicated ones.
Clean restaurant and bathrooms.
Wish we had this restaurant in Utah.

We only came here for the mini churros. They were cooked fresh for us which is always nice! No one wants old, stale and soggy churros. Yuck!
The people in the drive through were nice and prompt with their service. The price of the churros here seems to be higher than that of other places I’ve purchased them. However, here in Utah we don’t really have Jack in the Box so maybe they’ve gone up everywhere and this was just the first place I’ve noticed it.

I couldn’t believe how good their chicken strips are. And for pretty cheap! My kids Loved this place. Clean and friendly service.
